  • Is that Peter Kay?

  • dumbest shit i ever seen... fuckin retard

  • I REMEMBER IN SANTA CRUZ CA I WAS LOOKING OVER WEST CLIFF DRIVE WHERE THE SUN SETS BELOW THE OCEAN HORIZON THEN IT MOVED WAY OVER TO THE RIGHT AND BEGAN SETTING BEHIND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX..

  • pole shift's ...

  • you do know the earth moves right

  • hes standing on a bridge over water sitting on an aluminum rail..

  • I applaud your effort and bravery, reverse speech reports that px is near, reverse never, ever, ever lies. it's going to free us from this prison, from the net. You're on the right track whether or not you know that, so just keep it up, keep showing this thing.

  • damn why dont you move your finger a little more un-accurately from that compass

  • You dont understand how the Earths axis and seasons work.

And how trigonometry and the Coriolis Effect horizon perspectives...

    ALSO. Nice cheap ass compass

  • @Vonlava a compass is a compass, who would go pay 100 for a compass?

  • @Vonlava you don't understand that almost every bit of education goes towards production, not enlightenment, your skills as a worker do not apply here.

  • Not on a metal rail, it's not metal.......it's aluminum!

  • @TerriInBC Aluminum is metal dumbass..

  • Quick, put on your tin foil hat before the aliens read your thoughts! Or just buy a good compass!

  • @MrBoogerhook it might be a good compass, but it is on a METAL surface.... so it does not work correctly

  • @MrBoogerhook

Tin foil doesn't help for having your mind read, rather from having thoughts put into your head.

  • That time of the year the sun sets more towards north west...Really advise you use a program called stellarium to avoid any further mistakes/shame. Stellarium will let you know what's up there when its supposed to be and when it will be gone really good for star gazing of clarifying if something is supposed to be there or not . If you look this year june 5th Venus will be passing infrount of the sun!

  • Its the seasons and if u are in north or south hemisphere.

  • I noticed this long time ago. I live in Mexico and have watched the sun setting since I was 10, and in the past few months (maybe the past 2 or 3 years) I've noticed that the sun is setting in a different angle, but I don't know if it's because of the seasons or if there's something we must know and not informed about.

  • It hasn't changed, the sun sets in my kitchen (east) and sets from my lounge (west), everyday... and has for a long time. Your compass is fucked.

  • wtf did you go to school its called seasons its a old thing everyone nows them and the world spins too you know.

  • The magnetic poles ARE and have been shifting, many of us know this, therefore if the poles are shifting the sun is inevitably going to set in a different place.

  • whats more likely, the sun is setting in the wrong place, or you have a broken compass...

  • Your compass is sitting on metal and is not pointing correctly dumb ass....Geeeeeeez

  • u do realize that since it's not setting due north it is setting in the west? You are another retarded Brit

  • ... lol

  • Dude -- metal hand rail and compass??? seriously??? try lifting it off the metal that will affect the direction the compass will point

  • Comment removed

  • His compass is sitting on a metal rail, wouldn't that affect it?

  • conspiracy ftw

  • Without telling us the latitude at which you took this video, it is impossible to determine where the sun should be setting. Do you know in the Shetland Isles, in the winter the sun travels along the horizon, and in Summer it barely sets at all? If you took this video in Singapore, the sun would be in an odd place in the sky, buy I'm guessing that you took it in your village of Ignoramishire.

  • i was always taught that the sun rises in the west and sets in the north

  • Get a new compass. The sun set is always west. Moron

  • no likey no lighty lol!!!!

  • and im sure the reason for the suns changing direction is somehow related to global warming too. did big oil tilt the planet to make us use more heating oil in the winter and more electricity generated by oil in the summer?

of course not. but this is how these crack-pots think. totally ignoring the obvious and documented cycles of nature and using incomplete understanding and faulty tools to "prove" that their hypothesis is true.

  • fucking retard

  • I propose the movie knowings situation is happening. The sun is gonna fry us with a mass ejection. We all gonna bar b q! lol Oh well had to end sometime.

  • @TerriInBC> I done this research for few year n I know the sun rise n set at different position from Jan to Dec cos I need the sun to to do my work but recently i found the shadow from the sun totally different from 2 years ago.. those who don't check out the truth cos they never care n never see whats wrong with the nature.. just keep up the good work n tell the truth to those who wanna know it..

  • haha your stuped

  • @prettyboy7thst

    stuped is spelled stupid

  • If the sun is rising and setting in a different place now, wouldnt the alignment at Stonehenge be way off now? It seems like the Henge could be used as a standard for the where the sun should be.

  • true

  • You do realize the earth's magnetic pole is shifting right?

  • Comment removed

  • That's way to fuckin north mate...wat da 'ell is goin on 'ere?

  • you're wrong fella. the sun is still setting west. you're reading the compass right but your finger pointing is off. LOL

  • dont you mean the stargate is setting in the wrong place?

  • Magnetic North is different from True North. compasses point to Magnetic North we know the airports had to make adjustments with their runways so the same would apply to the your compass add in the fact where the hell this was filmed you have to adjust for what latitude you live in..!!!

  • @jnowak2300 Well then obviously it is setting in the north in his location. And I will see where it sets here tonight.I think we have moved a little more than they are telling us,or the crust of the earth is moving and the poles are staying still.Only two ways about this and either way it is not a good thing if true.Lots of volcanic activity and earthquakes in the last decade it probably has something to do with that. The news said it moved 40 miles, but the question is how long did it take?

  • I think you are either mentally ill, or your understanding of how the sun travels through the sky during different seasons is skewed.

  • @paulemichael Fuck you!

  • @TerriInBC ok r u like 30 something and yes i think your mentally ill....

  • @TerriInBC

Wait until the Winter, it will set towards the South, and the days will become shorter and shorter, and the weather will get colder.

Do you think it's the gov't trying to make us all stupid?

  • @TerriInBC Stupid tea drinking shit. your accent is so gay and you're talking out of your ass. Pinche maricon de mierda

  • @TerriInBC FUCK THESE PEOPLE terri, just because they have been misinformed, and mis educated, worsed yet, follow a routine life of it, they are lost. it's not about proving it to the crowd, it's about understanding it, proving it to yourself, doing the job for the dipshits. It's like swimming against the current, trying to convince these people. And I'm sure you know as well as I, too many masons youtube these days...

  • @TerriInBC Good defence. Proves his point.

  • @paulemichael glad some1 said it i couldnt keep my giggles in any longer.

  • @paulemichael I think you, Sir... are very rude and over judgemental. So you, Sir, is very mental.

  • Yeah but there are a lot of ways this can be done. Apart from the metal rail, all good compasses have a button on that freezes the needle. Give us the exact position of the place you were standing so we can look on google earth and see which landmarks are in which direction.

  • calm down and do a google search. the sun only sets exactly due west one day a year. in summer the sun always sets in the northwest, just as in winter it will set in the southwest. of course all of this also depends on your location on the earth as well.

  • spastik

  • A sheep, typical conspiracy nuts. I've also heard truther as a degrading term about people who has a brain.

  • Cheap Compass and Magnetic deviation (north pole wobbles around). There is historical proof on this.

    Next time

    1) use a trekking compass

    2) remember that sun does not set in the same place all year long.

    3) norie's nautical tables - check them out and use them as appropriate

  • im in america. Wisconsin, the midwest of the country. I too have noticed the sun and moon and other astral bodies are not where they typically should be either. I validate your observation as I have also observed it on the other side of the world.

  • Actually the owner of this vid should take some math courses and learn the difference between circles and elipses, it would explain alot.

  • Comment removed

  • stupid !

  • I'll be honest i live on the west coast, not more west then that in the U.S.( with the exception of hawaii, glad I caught that before posting) and I was driving on the 5 north as the sun was setting in the relatively same position as this guy says and sure the 5 isn't always true north but growing up on the west coast i've always seen the sun set in the west not the north west which is where it was.

  • Well I see the sun set in the west everyday. It's easy to make a compass point in any direction you want.

  • The sun only sets exactly west twice a year 21st march and 21st September, at the summer soltice 21st June the sun sets NW at the winter soltice 21st December the sun sets SW all you have proved is the sun is exactly where it should be!

  • the sun is setting in the right place. the magnetic poles is where its changing

  • @DrLsw also depends where this guy lives.. based on his accent its up northern europe.. so the sun is not going to set due west for him.

  • You know, the Sun doesn't set EXACTLY due West.. Except for very specific times of the year when your part of the Earth is angled correctly.. For those of you saying it's part of a pole shift.. Yes, the magnetic North and South poles are moving.. BY ABOUT 25 MILES A YEAR.. Get over yourselves, it's not causing the Sun to be in the wrong place.. The poles move, they always have and always well, get over it..

  • LOL at ignorance! Let me guess: you're on the southern hemisphere?

  • Delete this dumb shit you tard. The only place the sun sets due west ever is at 0 degrees at the equater. Further north yuo go....more southern it will set and more south you go the more north it sets

  • dude, get a new compass.

  • i tell this to ppl now for mounths but they dont get it. its due to the poleshift that the media sells as a magnetic poleshift but that cant be. the innuit say the same thing and to them it means a big change coz they have to live with nature.

  • Sun is setting in right place but since magnetic poles are shifting compasses somtimes get confused since north ain't where she used to be.

  • @LPB12342 quite agree with you... :)

  • The moral of this story is that we have all been lied to and brainwashed to such a degree by our Bilderberg controlled governments that we aren't even sure where the sun sets anymore. Now give me a fucking thumbs up if you're not a sheep!

  • Good comment and ooohhh sooo true...=)

  • @fywacia So your not a sheep because you know nothing about science, refuse to look into what people have dedicated their entire lives to studying and would rather follow a left of field conspiracy theory because you refuse to research things outside of what you want to believe. No sir, you are a sheep!

  • @riceburnagtv , fuck you people are insane. This guy's lived there obviously his whole fuckin life. Yet you think his "research" is going to change the fact that he's always noticed where the sun sets? Give me a break. "Research" shouldn't trump your own life experiences. You're arguing for an Orwellian thought police "official" truth. Its the same troll argument w/ aerosol chemspray

  • @chromelung4 We are insane? So because YOU dont understand something all the books that YOU could read and educate yourself on the subject dont get a look in and YOU go for the conspiracy theory instead? Im insane? fuck me! If I pulled some primitive tribesman out of the jungle and showed him a plane taking off he would probably think its magic! It will take further study for him to understand in "laymans" terms how it actually happens. You guys CHOOSE to remain primitive in thought!

  • @chromelung4 And yes you are right, your same logic applies to halfwits that believe in chemtrails. "oh but it looks different to me so it must be this" NO all is explained if you take off your conspiracy glasses, calm the fuck down and stop relating everything to the government trying to kill, poison or harm you.You are the ones who prefer to remain ignorant, ignorant of what is quite simply common knowledge for the most of us.It truly is a source of great entertainment to us!

  • @fywacia Hmmm, I disagree that the BB are the reason this retard doesnt know the suns behavior through our seasons. He was so quick to jump onto "THE GOVERNMENT LIES TO ME" bandwagon he never took a minute to think. Sure, it is said that the sun sets in the west, only because we will not say "the sun sets in the west, except in the summer it sets more northwest, and the winter it sets more southwest. Instead he ran to youtube and advertised his stupidity and lack of resourcefulness GGKTHXBAI

  • @Johnpaulthesecond Do you agree with me that an informed and educated free thinking public is better than the conditioned one that we currently have? A ignorant uninformed public obsessed with nationalism has been the problem in various cultures for thousands of years.

  • @fywacia Actually we know exactly where, alll you have to do is check the time of year and the rotation of the planet and there you go. It also sets earlier in the winter and rises later, in case you didn'tknow that either. And while we are at it the sun really isn't setting, the Earth is turning and it just looks like it, so don't let that scare you to much.

  • @candr Do yourself a favor and reread my original comment. You missed my point entirely.

  • @fywacia Actually, the moral to this story is that there is a dismal lack of education in astronomy in the school system and people are paranoid and ignorant beyond belief on this sort of thing. The sun is exactly where it belongs in the sky. If it wasn't, most of us would already be dead.

  • The sun sets in different places throughout the year, example: it sets in a different direction in winter than in summer because the earth tilts when it changes seasons. (If you dont believe me, thats why its dark 24/7 in alaska in winter, light in summer.)

  • i wish he wasn't so scientific and meticulous with his empirical research, could use a little more intuition and estimating imo

  • This guy takes his life to seriously.

  • I live in northern Illinois. In the summer, the sun sets in the northwest and rises in the northeast. In the winter it sets in the southwest and rises in the southeast. I see nothing wrong with the setting sun in this video...

  • Take note that megnetic north is in a different position than true north. If the Earth had shifted, we would of noticed it. There would of be big storms, big waves, and complete caos.

  • the sun never sets in the same spot

  • @jonathanstuber0402 Sarcasm of course.

  • Its Bushs fault.

  • sun rises in the east settles west where i live... check it all the time

  • Actually, it's not a hidden fact that the magnetic north pole is quickly moving south, set for a magnetic pole shift in the next 100 years. Not to mention the banister your compass is resting on looks metal and that could interfere with your compass along with many other things.

  • You done fuked up the system.

  • And Magnetic North is different from True North. Compasses point to Magnetic North, which is in Northern Greenland, rather far from True North. Assuming from his accent he is somewhere in the UK, his compass is actually pointing to something more North-West-ish, so the Sun is setting in actually a rather appropriate place. Remember that the Earth is a sphere, folks.

  • We all know that its the Sun that goes around the earth ...anyone can see that!....therefore its the sun thats changing angles.....

  • all the planets have tilted a degree or two .there is def somthing in sapace fucking with the gravity of things ...and i looked and cant find a body close enough to do that ..i see the planet, star ,nibiru..eris..whatever you wanna call it ,over by the const..orion it is the brightest thing in the sky besides the moon and even though i have not ruled it out as a problem ..it makes me wonder with nasas secretiveness if it really is a dwarf star or somthing..hope its not .

  • what is really happening is the moon is drifting away as it gets farther our pole shift ,(wabble) gets greater ...the moon is actually gonna leave us then we will have no more days things will become very hostile you will have the north pole (example)..facing the equator and such...these things r not ifs but when s ..peolple ..lets start solving problems instead of trying to embelish them...

  • thats why its snowing alot in europe this yr a non in north america

  • I wonder how many people didn't "realize" that the sun was setting in a different place until they saw this video.

  • @Weazelito It's completely normal for the sun to "set in a different place" during the year. This vid is total fear-mongering nonsense.

  • Some people are so closed minded. That is sad. I noticed that the sun comes up and goes down in a different area a year ago. I told my husband about it and he looked at me kinda wierd too. Oh well. I know what I know! And yes I took into consideration the seasonal changes. I have lived in this area for almost 60 years!

  • Wow! Thanks for this video! I just watched a video on the Inuit Elders concern for the tilt of the Earth on it's axis. This isn't people making things up. :) What an exciting adventure we are having, huh??? Blessings! And again, Thank you for posting this video!

  • The sun isn't setting in the wrong place. Your compass is off. Even more so in your latitude. Magnetic North is roaming toward True North at 70mpy which means compasses have to be recalibrated accordingly. No need to worry. Just yet anyway.

  • why u all so smart , i wanna know new stuff , not childs play noob stuff

  • Really? REALLY? You do realise we live in a Universe where everything is CONSTANTLY moving... the patterns and cycle's that the Earth and the Sun go through are HUGE. So every now and then EVERYTHING changes, this is why we have Ice Ages, Polar Shifts and Global Warming, well it was until humans came along and started belching out so much extra emissions.

  • we have tilted ,actually added a second to our leap year this year..whoa!

  • @joneser30 According to the Inuit People, they have an extra hour of daylight for hunting. :) ~giggle~ The winds have changed and the stars are not where they've been for 60 years. "shrug" It's so cooool! Everybody have joojoobees for survival food stuffs? ;O))

  • i noticed it to its been like that for a good 6 or 7 years ...good observation ...heads up people this is the truth

  • The sun doesn`t actually `set`. The earth rotates on it`s axis and we rotate around the sun.

Just for your information, the earth is flat, so please don`t fall off the edge when you go exploring !

  • Fun Fact: A quarter of Finland's territory lies north of the Arctic Circle and at the country's northernmost point the sun does not set at all for 60 days during summer.

  • @thekenny1175 Yep. And it couldn't POSSIBLY be his compass either. Has to be the sun shifting spots!

  • Pure human stupidity. You don't understand something, so just make shit up. Why don't you go ask an astronomer why the sun is setting in a "different place". Perspective has a lot to do with it. And guess what, the earth is static or unmoving!!! I know, crazy right.

  • @DaBamBamMan Seriously you believe that the earth is unmoving lol Oh well to each their own I guess.

  • your right. They ran news stories about some airports in America having to change some of the runway markings because magnetic north has shifted and the pilots compass readings were confusing. The news story is online and on youtube

  • i had a compass once that got demagnetized and it would point all over the place...nuff said

  • Try turning your watch so the north arrows line up

  • @americanhogs Look at the needle in the compass, you needlehead. You can rotate the watch anyway you want, "the needle" points north.

  • @jsbroussard25 put this in the YouTube search bar if you still don't believe.

  • What stupidity is this?

I have the sun where I live too, and it doenst do anything strange. It does set exactly where it should be..

Were going backwards into the future..

  • Compasses are not trusty. The magnetic lines are constantly fluctuating, plus now in these days and ages, we have electromagnetic waves shooting everywhere constantly. I will note, however, that the moon is in parts of the sky that are NOT normal. The moon is locked into earth's tilt, so seasons don't change where the moon moves through the sky. It is moving more north.

  • Let us all not forget that compasses are very finicky devices and when they are near metal ie: steel nails or aluminum hand rails they are not nearly as accurate as they would be otherwise. I have even had the zipper on my jacket throw off a compass.

  • Its because you put the sun in the top and then depending on which part of the hemisphere you are in it sets differently

  • Lmfao, if you understand, we have seasons that changes the suns direction by a small amount, this is a small amount. Also, you living further up north, theres going to be the illusion of the sun setting in the near north. I live on the east coast, and the sun sets fine closer to the east, and as we get closer out of winter, the sun begins to drift off.

  • Winter/Summer Solstice... That will explain everything

  • I noticed that on 12/21/11 that there was still some daylight at 5:30 pm,i remember a time when it was dark at 5:00pm.i started asking people around here if they also noticed, after the shocked look left, they agreed. From what i read was the earthquake in Japan was so strong that it changed the earth's axis abit. The prediction was that the days may be shorter from the shift.I am in Ohio and its been warmer then normal also this year.Just putting it out there.

  • compass on a steal rail??????

  • @no1wrench It is not on a steel rail. Peace!

  • @TerriInBC I live on the Pacific coast and the sun has set over the ocean everyday of my life for 27 years. How is this possible, my mind is fucking blown! Im puzzled as to why your not working for NASA or something like that.

  • @TerriInBC Ya know, if ya go stand on the north pole you're never see the sun set for months at a time.

  • its not that far

  • the son

  • The earth does wobble as it rotates,

  • Comment removed

  • With compass we ca all do our sunsetting test where we live.

  • You are standing on a bridge. The metal might play tricks on your compass.

  • People are just to paranoid. If we die, we die nothing you can do.

  • shon is se.un in tha wesh. ping pong balls?

  • Firstly the compass indicates magnetic north and not true north and secondly depends on the angle of your location on earth to the sun. Winter and summer also differs due to the angle of the earth changes towards the sun because of the tilted axis of the earth. Magnetic interference also has an effect on the compass such as metal, power lines, etc.

  • the north pole has moved. nothing major really, but your compass might not like it.

  • It isn't the sun or the moon that has moved but, the earth itself has moved. We are going thru another shape sifter so to speak where the earth transforms itself just as it did in the past. I am not sure if the poles have shifted or if our lands have shifted. I would say the later. You have to research that to find out. Either way, we are here until we die, and nature says, we will all die sooner or later, that is a given. (unless you are super human or a vampire) :)

  • @asorita1 or one of the lucky few to survive 2012 like me they say it will wipe out about 85% of the worlds population and where i live isn't near any fault lines and its on high ground so bring on the tsunamis, earthquakes and whatever else the planet has in store for us and when its finished my hometown will become a coastal area

  • @jonnyb666999666 it doesnt matter where you live, when the earth shifts with an earthquake, it could break apart a mountain if it wants.

  • @asorita1 the way i learned it it is plates pushing together that creates mountains

  • Oh good I'm not crazy.

  • also there is a little thing known as True North , Magnetic North also one must allow for the declination to be adjusted for the area they live in. I live in Denver , Colorado USA and My compass has to be set to allow for that, so your own compass wouldnt work correctly here unless it was set for here.

  • not wanting to be a dick, but your compass is sitting on a metal rail, that WILL affect the compass considerably, thats why when you buy them they have a warning on them stating : Metal objects, wool and some other materials can decrease the actual settings.... If that is in fact not the case then I apologize, but ppl have done things for years and took it as truth from a video when a little investigation can at least add true doubt to the claims.

  • at my house, the sun sets in the East

  • look at the face in the water @1:16...

  • I think it is due to planet x or nibiru, it appears as a second sun so that could be nibiru setting.

  • Well if you've lived somewhere your whole life you know damn well where the sun sets at anytime of year. So everyone should be worrying, when the polar ice caps melts and floods the earth, and it's hot as hell in Michigan in December so you should care about where the sun sets and stop saying mean things about people because we are all in this together. The earth dies we die and something definitely is happening.

  • @LucyQ5185 Very well put, thank you for clearing that up for some of the viewers. Peace and Love, Terri

  • @TerriInBC Have you checked if there is a lokal magnetic field - natural or artificial - that might dislocate your needle?

  • @TerriInBC West/Water, East/Air, South/Fire, North/Earth. West/Water and North/Earth are considered feminine or Yin (Chinese philosophy). This really

seems like an inversion of the proper time, space and matter sequence.. It's incredibly unnerving, esp when the bible says that evil comes from the North

  • @TerriInBC it only clears up the fact that the sun does an arch across the sky with the wobble of the earth , the earth has indeed moved on its axis by almost 2* degrees wich is all this guy is saying the sun doesnt set where he remembers it ,why does this make somone retarted ? i think that ignorance and thinking you know everything is retarted ...even my spelling is retarted lol but i assure u this video is not fake or retarted ..a good observation ,,like wezalito said prob no one even notice

  • @LucyQ5185 well said :-)

  • @LucyQ5185 Ok, but don't you think that the same thing should be seen everywhere? Where I live the sun sets where it always did. Perhaps his compass is wrong, or maybe it's because magnetic poles of the Earth are moving.

  • @LucyQ5185 I live in Southeastern Michigan and I have my whole life. I can definitely tell you that it has been the hottest winter we've ever had. On Monday it was almost 70 degrees. This is not normal.

  • Eh, depends what time of year it is, where it sets.
