Furry's really get such a bad rep. I'm not one myself, but as an artist interested in mask and costume design I can appreciate the work that goes into a fursuit. Honestly though, if you want to hate on these people, then it's YOU who has issues not them. There is nothing wrong with this and 'yiff' from what i've seen is VERY rare in regards to furries.
