Not true, Zartan apparently went from having brown hair to wearing a hood in the 80s cartoon, apparently the designers went back and forth between it being hair and being a hood, in fact apparently it was said that Zartan for the first season was sporting the hair and all the other seasons it was a hood....now you know and knowing is half the battle
