You clearly don't know what true belief is. If you believe in something truly, you don't have to sell for the first offer. He had a vision and knew it would succeed. That's why he did what he did. Also, perhaps he wrote it in 20 hours, but re-read, made slight changes over 3 days!?
You can be anything you want to be just don't give up if Sylvester Stallone would have given up when those agents were telling him they didn't want his script and also if he would have just took that money then he would have never been in rocky.
