@LelouchHUN that's not much of a valid reason. since certain sounds are absent in the Japanese language that are present in the English language and vise versa (anyways dubs are translations so spot on pronunciations aren't always there or a must). also in Japanese dubbing there are many instances where they say English words that by our standards are mispronounced or sound weird so what is "normal" in terms of speech is totally based off of interpretation on what one believes sounds "normal".

@infamouskhaos99 It is bettter, but it could have been worse. There are some truly terrible dubs, but the Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece dubs aren't totally bad. There is pretty much only one show that I have watched where the english dubs are better than the Japanese and it is the Dragon Ball series. Japanese voices are just naturally to high pitched for how DB is set up, but for just about every other anime English voices are too low/raspy to fit. Plus most good manga is originally Japanese.
