@sergiothebeast300 before i say anything...i am a brca fan...however, you are correct. madrid DOES raise players, and sell them early...Mata and i believe Soldado came from Madrid's B team...The thing with Barca's youth squad is that they usually keep them until they are truly great players Xavi Puyol Valdes Iniesta Messi Pedro Busquets Thiago (thats a good chunk of their starting 11) they also have youth layers who leave and come back Cesc Pique so yes both teams have great youth squads
