@brokensaber nope, electron removal is the key, the ionisation increases the electron ejection, google self sputtering beyond threshold, the joe cell simply removes the electons by draining them (best word i can think of) via the negative of a battery, batteries gain in voltage from this. By always leaving the negative on the posative ions atract and the battery contains the ejected electrons giving us an ion posable plama energy.

well, they have no mass. they behave like a wave and a particle at the same time...they were theorized. no one has been able to specifically 'spot' any electron in any element at any time. orbitals are areas of probability, not locations of these behaviors. if you talk to any good physicist, when you ask them about electrons, they will say, "Electrons don't exist, they're a theory."

Good job, electron extractin is what you want for a more effcient fuel cell. This is what enables the undescoved energy feild to function. some call it 0 point energy, that may be the case but the white powder build up on your cathode is ions(plasma) held stable in a powder form that has supperconducting properties. torch your cathode on scales and it will lose weight then gain it back well cooling. pm if you want more info.

self cancelling bifilar in series with the cap,(fuel cell) is an rc circuit, more less. Myers text info of the bifilar are not self-cancelling as the drawings show.Drawings are wrong.Most ppl build as figs show.which is wrong.

i'm sorry my friend but i should say you are realy wrong about  the pll on his drawings he show a 4046 pll + 4001 and and opamp wich are very well explained by the drawings i studied many designes of pll before i realised it was correct. take a look at my video...

Its very clear in the body of the text, but 99% of people thumb past all that and go straight to the drawings....Besides, if it were a self-cancelling bifilar, it would be an RC time constant not an LC circuit at all.

People doing it that way are loosing alot of efficiency.

correction please, the self-cancelling bifilar connection to the electrodes gives the stair-step effect to the main voltage spike. i tried it both ways and noticed that; also a linear wound bifilar coil did not give that effect, only the pancake wound coil seemed to, perhaps the linear one was too small

Note: The Meyers Technical brief drawings showing how to connect the Bifilar coils are wrong. Either by mistake or deliberate. They are Tesla style "Aiding" wound Bifilar. NOT self-cancelling wound as many mistakenly build.

Funny people continue to discredit Meyers electron extraction idea.....When modern fuel cells that are batteries do exactly this commercially. They are called PEM fuel cells. Only they use a hydrocarbon based fuel to keep you going to the pumps.

my experiments are my school.my latest foray into this subject is with de-mineralised water with absolutley NO electrolyte.

i still get voltage,on an electrode placed 20 cm above the cell plates,and im pretty sure that Stan Meyers didnt incorporate Electron extraction into his system because he was just a fool getting over excited about a voltage leak.

yeah 8 volts out-dunno about the current-enough to run the little motor and warm the leads up if no motor in the middle.

supply battery is 12 volts thru PWM battery drill trigger-i will get back to you...

you see from the video-at the start im getting 10 amps draw at the end it comes down to about 7.with a 12volts battery thats 120watts at the start and about 85watts when the motor stops.same gas volume.
