Midland WR-100 Weather Radio giving Severe Thunderstorm Warning Reports

i love it when its goes beep beep beep and then the enmergency alert system i like tornadoes you should visit my channal buut i dont have any tornado videos yet

On this weather radio, what setting do you have to have it on in order for the siren to go off before the voice?

Also do you have to have the channel set to the same frequency NOAA says too in order for the alarm to go off.
