If theyd have listened to Carter back in the 70s and gotten us on biofuels we'd be energy independent right now like Brazil. There would be a few less billionaire oil tycoons but the middle eastern sheiks would be riding on the backs of camels instead of limos.
I wish Carter would have served 2 terms, then Walter Mondale for 2 terms, then Bill CLinton for 2, then Al Gore for 2. we would be so much better off.
