all you have to do is goto video>fram rate.

and there will be a value eg. 30 if you lower the frame rate the video will slow down and increase it , it will speed up

@kikomacheda27 Well youtube supports a lot of different formats. so it doesn't matter much. But just to maintain quality with a reasonable file size use the mpeg4-avc codec. just experiment with different formats and find out which works best for you.

if you are using ubuntu then go to the software centre and tipe avidemux and hit the install button next to avidemux-gtk+ ... you dont need to download avidemux from the website if you are a linux user :P

@roccckkerrr i tried converting a .mov file which i got from @freddiew2 but you cant convert to videos with h264 codecs into mpeg-1 for movie maker... so i suggest format factory for converting it is legally free convert your .mov files into wmv ...i'll send you a link in a PM :)
