@tubarack i may not have experience like yall, BUT i have something yall don't. its a little something called TALENT. oh and i go to bethel high school
@crashbrandon10 yes actually i have and i would rather be punch in the nuts than play one again they are tingy and thin the conn 20k has beasted in every aspect of sousaphone you need to get your facts straight b/c your just some low life piece of shit high school tuba player you have no idea what your talking about and are making a fool of yourself every time you type something you need to go back to your yamaha and jump in a deep lake and never come up
@tubarack eehhh i think not, hp wannabes. if you wanna prove its so much better, come to hampton va, strap up and we'll see which one is better. oh and to let you know, its 10,000 watts per person in my section.
@crashbrandon10 how bout get yalls whole section and put a vid up. and we'll put up one right back. We'll see who's got talent then, and let the horns do the talkin. Also I'm pretty sure that just 1 one us can out play your whole section. but like I said post a vid, you have no idea what you're getting yourself into
@crashbrandon10 wow really? 18's and 24AW's are SMALL mouthpieces that beginners usually start on..with the shallow cup and narrow diameters of course they will make even the softest player sound loud. those ARE cheater mouthpieces. Try using a man's mouthpiece like a Helleburg or Pernatucci like we use.
Is the name of this KC? or what? and do u have the music or fingerings or just the note of the fanfare if ur secretive or w/e or somewhere i could get the music?
The thing is that was our first time to play it as a section and you should hear it now and what we got deep in our book wait till next year and if only the drummers would STOP playing with us
its a classic tuba fanfare thats not played much these days. not sure of the name of it. I heard TxSU play it in 02'. but this is one of the best performances of it that I've heard..nice dark sound
