Haha, have you ever been to Utah? Beaver to Green River and the Zion / Monument Valley area has sand dunes, plateaus, and snow covered, alpine mountain ranges all in the same vista. In an hour you could travel from one extreme to the other.
But yes, it was edited down, lest it be 3 minutes of flat boredom from Albuquerque to Oklahoma City, heh.
This one is freaking fantasitc! How long does it take you for the whole trip?

Love it but there are a lot of missing sections. One second mountains, next desert, etc.

This is the coolest thing I've ever seen. I also would like to hear a reply to finkleneinhorn's question.

It's a mounted 16mm producing one still every second (1 fps) during the driving portions and one still every 10 seconds (.1 fps) at night/parked.

Very Cool.

Did you use the time lapse feature of your camera for the overnight shots or did you actually record the whole time? What camera did you use?
finkleneinhorn 5 years ago
It was a 16mm camera. 1 shot/sec daytime, 2 shot/sec nighttime.
