i'm currently on xenical, and i currently also have IBS.
i havent had diarrhoea yet but i think if you have too much fat in your diet you will suffer with diarhoea.
so yeah i have a healthy diet and it seems to be going okay so far :) its definately working.

i suggest u join a online forum called minimins.com, its super great . its a forum for weight loss, soo much support and theres a section for xenical/orlistat takers with sooo much infomation for newbies.

hiya, i thought id share my expierence with being 360 pound, i have ibs and i have just started xenical.
ok well i had my gallbladder taken out 4 years ago and since then i have suffered from ibs if i dont eat all day then eat , then i have cramps and have to run to the toilet. i dont have ibs all the time. now i started the xenical pills same 120mg ones as you have and im on day 3 and ive had no ibs problems or toilet troubles. i went to toilet twice on first day but was normal stools......
