No, PAm spray is not on Simeon's Protocol, but it has no calories, no fat, etc. I had a comment that I deleted in the video that said something about Pam probably not being invented in Simeon's time--IDK--but it hasn't hurt me. Also, none of my seasoning mixes have sugar in them--including the Cajun spice.
Are you sure that "PAM" spray is ok on the Protocol? Also, does the cajun seasoning have sugar in it? I find most flavored seasonings like that have some sugar.
What spices go into "cajun spices"?
