Awesome. All of the flyers forms are near perfect on every body position. Especially the scales- no bent knees unlike most SC high school teams. I don't know why the coaches allow or tell them to grab their foot! If the flyer isn't flexible enough to grab foot and have a straight leg then just grab a little lower and voila. This is the most entertaining HS routine that I have seen in SC. Great job!
