hey guys i own one of these and the bind port is on the back of the heli underneath the tail boom and you just hold the trainer switch on the dx6i while turning it on after u put the bind plug in the bind port and yes these are very durable mines been crash hard a couple timers and it only breaks the wooden rotors which are 12$ and the other little stuff like tail fin or tail boom support bars which are like 4$ so if u crash it its cheap to fix and easy to learn to work on great begginer heli !

Just bought the BLADE 450 3D. Doing my best learning how to hover. Moved up from the BLADE 120SR. It's GREAT to see what a REAL pilot can do with my heli. Thanks for the video.

@TheBIFFNOR The helis that future shop carry are nothing like this blade 450. This is a CP (collective pitch) heli and very hard to fly compared to the Coaxial (2 main blades) helis that future shops carry now, and as for the quality of the ones they carry I am not sure, hope this helps a bit. Just one piece of advice, DO NOT buy a heli from a store that does not carry ALLOT of spare parts for the heli you will be buying, because with helis its not IF you crash, its when. ;)

When a friend gets a new car and he shows it to you, do you automatically tell him that there are cars that beat his car? That is basically what you did here. Oh and what do you mean the Trex beets the Blade? Is it throwing the vegetable at the blade or is it the beet vegetable of the helicopter world??

Nice heli and vid! I had it preordered months ago but lost patience and bought a trex 450. It took 2 heli veterans and a new servo gyro combo to get it to fly as smooth as that blade 450 looks. I know they say align is way better, but you have to ask yourself, at what price. I'm at about Erics level with flying helis, I probably don't even need an align. If I keep seeing proof like this, I may sell mine, get a blade 450, and still have a few bucks left over for an airplane or something.

@apodacainc no worries ,parts are cheaper for the align 450 and widely available ,,the blades will cost ya after buying them for maintainance,upgrades and parts

better enjoy your t-rex and forget the blade ,,if you must ,better buy a canopy for your t-rex ,to give it a colorfull look like this blade 450
