Come on, you must realise that a Ron Paul win would send a very clear message to congress. The people are demanding...no.. DEMANDING a drastic reversal in the present course we're headed. Maybe you're not aware but, every cent collected by the irs goes to pay the intrest on the Nat. debt(Grace Comm.) owed to...the Fed. R. a PRIVATE bank. ALL other Gov. expeditures come from lawful taxes. I don't worship R.P., he's merely the standard bearer that we've been waiting for.

What would likely be ended immediately (as I understand him) would be those things that he had one-third-plus of Congress to support ending immediately. If two-thirds-plus of Congress supported keeping it, it would survive a veto.  I think some phase-out measures might need an amendment. I think I remember hearing him say he supported an amendment to allow bills of credit to be issued as a phase out of the current money system. I assume the dollars would become bills of credit.
