  • NEWS FLASH!

you were never told you were going to be paid a salary! READ YOUR CONTRACT

  • Take the $375,000 and invest it in gold. No-Brainer.

  • It was brave of you to show yourself in the morning. I don't fuss over my appearance in my vids but I need to upload another segment of my book and have just felt too slovenly this month to do another installment! I have an important, long meeting tomorrow afternoon and have to be dressed for success, so maybe if I am not too dead after those creeps get done with me, I can do another. Oh, that reminds me, I have to go to bed shortly and sleep up. And give myself a manicure in the morning.

  • New York Life got put on blast! It's probrably like that for a lot of major corporations. They get into your personal life which is none of their business. Same thing with these Colleges, they get into people's personal lives without any consent and will constantly harrass people. This is what our society has turned into. A surviellance boot stomping on the human face forever.

  • This is just like American Income Life (Altig or Torchmark). G4T, have you been living in a closet? This has been going on in insurance, real estate, and financial services for years. I'm surprised by your lack of knowledge considering you've been in real estate. This is why I quit "the industry" despite being 3rd in sales for the company my first year in. They're unethical industries and yes it's a Ponzi scheme.

  • sex harassment lawsuits are the new way to get rich in America.

  • You may be right. Since manufacturing was decimated over several decades by our globalist bankers and their puppet US politicians in both parties, with their weak dollar policy to keep the petro dollar going, I'd say Americans are having to become very creative just to make a buck in the rigged system against them. Now if one's name is Shit Romney, Neutered Newt, or Illegal Alien Obama, well, they got it made screwing over the middle class all day long!

  • I dont get it. I was an agent myself and I knew it was commission based. What I didnt like was that we were trained to sell people insurance that wasnt right for that person just to make our quota. I could never do that so I quit.

  • I 'worked' as an 'independent contractor' for an insurance broker(I had my own license myself) did the 1099 thing but HE(the broker DEMAMDED when and WHERE we were supposed to be AT ALL TIMES!!)

  • @BigRocky99 I hear a lot of car salesmen are treated the same at least in my state. Work for commission only, but their manager (master) demanded their lunch be only so long, no Dr/Dentist visits without a hassle, etc, as if they actually paid them for that time, ...which they didn't.

  • the lady has a point!..but thats a good peice of "hush" money..i think the average person would take the money & run. i admire her..

  • I've worked as an insurance agent, even with NYLife. What she describes has been a norm of sales outfits going back years. It's nothing new, nor outrageous. Pulling together an initial prospect list helps a new agent to develop a market. From there they can expand via referrals and reputation. However, what she may have fallen into is called a shotgun sales operation where a significant number of people are hired and pushed out into the street to try to scabble a living. That truely sucks.

  • in most cases .life insurance is a SCAM

  • This woman is spouting misinfo. Non-competes are typical situations these days. You can work elsewhere on the side as long as it doesn't compete. Scan and show me the documentation on that, maybe ill believe it. 2nd she's a disgruntled employee. This is what disgruntled employees usually sound like. Maybe she was a shitty agent. Ever stop to think of that?

  • @judutchinski I get about one hour of work per week from an employer in France and am forbidden to work for others without their express permission in writing. I am a former NYLife employee and everything I heard here sounded accurate.

  • @judutchinski You're begining to sound like some of the souless "top producers" in my the insurance company I formally worked for. I have news for you, perhaps she was a crappy agent, but that doesn't give management the right to collect the bread crums she earned. Theft is theft; whether it's a gold bar or a crum. These Ponzi schemes of hiring a pile of people, burn and churn, then management mass collecting on their pittance is both immoral and cowardly bottom feeding.

  • @MegaAvalonn - Most corporations are souless. We know that's true. Don't shoot the messenger. You have to create you own wealth or be greatful for the oppurtunities whatever they may be.

  • This is common practice in many financial institutions including stock brokerages to life insurance. Even a car salesman can be hired and fired as soon as they sold their quota to family members and friends. Shall we include a class action on all these businesses?

  • Wow!

    Well done, George.

  • Being a NYLife employee caused me to become uninsurable in the USA and I had to expatriate.

  • @slobomotion - Just curious. How does an employer cause you to be uninsurable? You mean they stressed you out and cause illness that's uninsurable?

  • @judutchinski I filed for a disability income insurance claim they forced me to buy when I was their agent. Then they claimed I had faked the app but they had forced me to during a training class. Any insurance policy revoked, you become uninsurable with the MIB. Dumb of me to file just under the 2 year incontestability limit but I was sick and desperate and believed all their lies. It stood up in court but I became uninsurable.

  • @slobomotion - sorry to hear that. I will pray for you tonight before I go to sleep. I can't say I know you, but your the real deal.

  • @judutchinski Thank you! xo

  • @judutchinski

yes she is definitely the real deal LOL

  • @EWOKCAD Thanks, man! I am what I am. Miriam Linna told me in 1976, "Ya gotta respect old whores." Hee hee hee hee!!

  • @slobomotion Expatriating from the land of the Fee and home of the Slave will turn out to be a great move. People think they are free here because they can roast a hot dog on July 4th and sing the Anthem before a sporting event! They have a rude awakening coming. Their freedom has been stolen and eventually even You Tube and the internet will be illegal. Guaranteed.

  • @spokewhilehecould I'm an expatriation consultant now. People RIDICULED me for leaving. It's horribly hard to immigrate but the USA had quit working for me. The laws were ridiculous there. Being able to get healthcare here in Europe has literally been a lifesaver. Up until 2010 I couldn't get friends or family to let me sponsor them to come over here. They were like, everything is fine here, we'll stay. Feh. xo

  • wanna make good money? come to TX.

  • @MrJakeWamp no thanks

  • @MrJakeWamp I don't smoke pot anymore but the pot laws in Texas are whack. I don't see how anyone can live there.

  • What's new about this? That is the way insurance sales has always worked, commission only. You are supposed to develop your own client list.

  • Of course, the sexual harassment is and always has been wrong. But, there is not one thing new about commission sales. Many people have done very well with it.

  • Sounds like the old WMA scam routine.

  • This concept of sexual harassment is exactly what makes US citizens unemployable--they complain about everything real or imagined. This is just what Peter Schiff was talking about on his latest You Tube video.

  • @powergirl901 excuse me.. bosses cant demand dates or your fired.. and only a moron would defend that stance.. so what are you?.

  • @kami243n She's working for glorified telemarketers essentially. Man, this is bottom fishing and probably likely a scam. She's be lucky to get out any way she can.

  • @kami243n Powergirl is not female, BTW.

  • I got caught up in this here in LA 2006

Ponzi scheme Pyramid what ever you want to call it

Hit it and keep do'in it

and do it some more. They Don't stop and they won't stop.

The American Dream IS OVER .....get a grip!

  • @lonewolffullmoon Yep, this woman seems just clueless. The fat of her previous cushy position must still be in front of her eyes.

  • i was on draw basis most of my life where one is given usually minimum wage and then if commission equals more than minimum wage you get to keep the commission money. if your not making commission goals you are fired. which means a month goes by and you only made minimum wage. its brutal. it is hard for the employer to lose.unless you have a fall down accident or sex harrass claim. which was rampant during the clinton years.

  • That lady is right. I had an interview at New York Life and the guy wanted to give him 100 famil and associates I knew before he even wanted to see me at another interview.

  • Lots of commission only jobs out their...always looking to recruit...the term recruit tells you something....if someone called a recruiter attempts to talk with you about some sales job...flee...the odds of getting a real job today with a paycheck and some benefits has the same odds as winning a million dollar plus lottery. The American Dream is dead.

  • Greed has gone rampid. I hope the corrupt choke on their money. One fact is, when they die, they can't take it with them.

  • @dixiegirl999 and hopefully they go the very warm place so they can think for a long time about the shallow lives most of them lead and their lack of compassion for all but themselves.

  • When....will you people realize that Capitalism has failed? No you are to entrenched into this ideology to even consider it however EVERYDAY there are more and more stories like this.

I've heard over and over no this isn't the Free Market System, this is Crony Capitalism. Yeah I heard it but you dumbass's will soon see this system collapse.

There will be a new system, i don't what it would be, probaly some type of NeoFeudalism. This is your chance now to change to the Resource Based Economy.

  • @valhala56

Feminism has failed too but that isn't stopping butch dykes from raping good men

  • @EWOKCAD raping good men?.. they cant be raped unless they are drugged honey.. and if they were drugged.. they were not careful and well.. you judge women for that very thing.. so suck it up pussy

  • @kami243n

Its a metaphor you bitter skank

  • Oh I thought the Lady was in bed with you. You stated " Hi this is G4T, I just woke up, I am with a Lady"

  • @Chismoso7 yeah caught and laughed at that too. : )

  • @Chismoso7 That was hilarious!!

  • @Chismoso7 hehe me too i was like o_0

  • Much employment now days seems simply a higher form of slavery. As the dollar becomes more worthless (we ain't seen nothing yet) and prices of essentials rise,, the wheels are gonna come off this facade called the American Dream and probably all hell will break loose. It was once a great country... No more.

  • @spokewhilehecould Going to come off...they already have...

  • @jonah70757 True, we know this, but as long as the American cattle are allowed to watch Dancing with the Stars, or another Football game, they have no idea how close to the edge they are. Our culture of cattle are oblivious, just as the manipulative masters planned it.

  • @spokewhilehecould Most still don't realize this. I can't figure out what is wrong with the Sheeple(most Americans)

  • @jimbobubbadj Drunk on Prestitute Propaganda, dumbed down by government public schools (aka brainwashing centers) and dazed with lies they want to believe from most politicians?

  • @spokewhilehecould Could not have said it Better! WE HAVE SEEN NOTHING YET! We wullsimply end up Working to eat. And thats It. That is what Slaves do.

  • @spokewhilehecould Reminds me of the old saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Well we can plainly see it's broken and that it needs to be fixed. So I'm hoping for a total collapse, so that way no one has any reason NOT to get involved and get things back to the right way. It's a blessing in disguise if you ask me. Finally the masses will wake up to the reality of the clusterfuck we're in. And yes, it will get ugly, but in the end, there's no excuse to not fix it.

  • @athiog You are right. There will be a "reset" and the US Petro dollar in place since about 1971 will be seen as the monopoly money it has always been. Didn't have to be that way, but short-sighted, self-serving politicians of both parties guaranteed its demise through their greed, stupidity, and manipulative masters called globalist bankers and so-called elites.

  • Google: Ford Announces They Have Jobs--See How Bad Things Really Are Folks

  • Have you seen the Pursuit of Happyness movie? I can't recall the firm he went with but, they picked one out of a class of 30 at the end of their "internship." During that internship, according to the movie, the potential reps were building prospect lists/closing business for the firm. What happened to those lists/new bus accounts when they let 29 of the 30 go? The firm reaped the benefits of their work. What has changed in that industry over the last 2 decades? Avoid comm only jobs folks.

  • you go girl!

  • Thanks for the update. I'm following the story.

  • I would say that she's stupid for not accepting the deal, but then again a lot of people are better off than most of us financially. If that were the case I would tell them to take that 300 grand and shove it too.

  • $375,000??? Take the dough, cut your losses and go to Disneywrold!

  • Insurance companies are part of the cult of vampire financial institutions and should be boycotted.

  • The power that employers have at this point in time are incredible. Imagine if you are a lowly- or what was once a lowly manager at a company such as costco. If you have hiring power at that company now you are a god- you can literally choose to hire people at most any wages and hours and help them from winding up on the streets. That kind of power in a middle managers hands is quite frightening to consider, and it will only get worse.

  • TAKE THE MONEY!!!

  • great report G....

  • I'd say take the money. People need to stand up for themselves. Who else has the balls to sue but her? The rest of those sheeple need to take a stand, then they will serve themselves. Elsewise if they simply want to remain silent, they consent to their own abuse.

  • Elect Newt and all those people will have jobs in forced labor camps.

  • @satinbarbi ....Or Sh!t Romney. They are one and the same.

  • That's noble of her to not take the 375,000 dollars, just to shut up. It proves she really did get shafted by New York Life.
