Truly a great master. His version of the theories is one of the best I gave seen yet. His energy an balance looks remarkable for his age. I haven't seen someone this balanced and so comfortable using so much power and control like him. Just amazing. This is how Wing Chun should be thought and practiced not posting senseless show boating you tube clips slapping, throwing and slapping your unwilling students around. I wish most of the so called self proclaimed masters take note and learn from him.
Great explanation of 'rooting' - it's hard not to get the 'energy' up into the chest / shoulder area - there should be a definite feeling of energy 'drop' towards the dan-tien and feet - primarily precipitated by soft elbow finesse. Great explanation.
great... a lot clearer now... so its about correct positioning not elbow power...hehehe ... it helps a lot... yes i noticed his leg moved to adjust his position... regaining his structure... hehehe ...

I'm trying to learn how to add subtitles/translations to the videos.. does anyone know of any program?

I use a program called pinnacle studios, it's not a free program, but worth the purchase if you want to do more expansive video editing.
