This was taken from bungie's website. MLG is faster and it has all ways been this way.

MLG Team Slayer (45.5%) - Score points by killing players on the opposing team. First team to 50 points wins. Players spawn with Battle Rifles. Player traits: 90% shield recharge rate, 110% movement speed, motion tracker turned off. 15 minute match time limit.

Sensitivity is how fast your person looks around. Like when you use your right stick to look around. To change it on Halo 3 or Halo 3 ODST you must-Press start, go to settings(By using your right trigger)Go to controls and press A on your sensitivity and use your right trigger to change it.

go to forge, make a guardian map with only one spawner that spawns u at bottom mid, and just keep doing the jump over and over until you get it down, it worked for me. =)
