Guitar Hero is a freakin' videogame! It's basically simulating the feel of playing guitar for real which can make music novices get into the feel of real guitar. Personally, they could've done better on that one trill, and there were so many notes they shouldn't have since they actually got a multiplier during Solo F.

Use of slider bar for the trill though is something I disapprove though. I find it easier to simply shift my finger and tap the orange fret.
