I first saw Martha and the Muffins 30 years ago, and then many many times in Toronto.... They were so great!!! This was always my Fav. M+M tune. We (Canadians) RULED New Wave!! Long live CFNY!!
it's great to see a clear version of this Video. I enjoy the back up singers Sharon Lee Williams and Shaun Jackson, who used to perform down at the Club Bluenote in Toronto in the mid- 80s. Great tune. thanks for the posting
God, I haven't seen this video since I was 9! Thanks for posting! :D

I like the voices you hear at the end of the song. As " A Summer Place " is being played. Listen closely.

I think this is one of the greatest albums ever. Produced by Daniel Lanois before he became a huge star.

The quote from "Theme from A Summer Place" over the outro is such a great touch.

The black girl dances like she is having a stroke.

@jonquil4000 I believe this black girl's dancing inspired the "Elaine dance" on Seinfeld.

One of the great tracks of the 80's and one of the first music videos I saw living in a small town in N.Carolina. Great memories from a great band.

If there was ever a tune that could be re-energised with a modern remix, it's Cooling the Medium.
Issue a challenge to young DJs around The Great White North to come up with a renewed sound for this terrific song.
Just a thought.

One of those songs you forget about. Or that i was too young but I always liked it's catchiness.
