Remember Ron Paul supporters telling us how well their candidate did in all of those internet polls following the televised debates. They told us how much he was going to do than Rep. Tancredo. Now, the Ron Paul supporters have excuses as to why Rep. Tancredo beat their candidate in the Iowa straw poll. The Wall Street Journal reports Paul's office says those requests include $8 million for the marketing of wild American shrimp and $2.3 million to pay for research into shrimp fishing.

But it wasn't his credentials as an educator that interested Education Secretary William Bennett, but rather Tancredo's social conservatism and his belief that the federal government's involvement in education should be downsized. Say no to amnesty and yes to enforcing the Law! An I.D. card for any illegal alien is amnesty! Our Country must not give illegal aliens what they want. They must earn it the old fashioned way! Medical and/or criminal background checks are not conducted when I.D. cards are issued. Thus, a plethora of criminals and disease carrying immigrants will be exposed to American tax paying families. Not to mention the incredible burden illegal aliens will put on the American welfare system!
