I think it comes down to the style of the gymnast. If Nastia hits in an international competition, the chances of her winning are greater because she has the style that those judges love (especially on beam), vs. Memmel's or Johnson' s style. I was actually really surprised she didn't get gold in beijing, Shawn was definitely deserving, I just thought that the judges would favor Nastia more.

I think that Chellsie should have gotten the gold on beam nastia was a little more off on the dismount but dont get me wrong I love Nastia one of my favorite gymnasts of all time but im with cm
