I teach in Juvenile halls/camps. Because of petty crimes, 99% of the locked up kids are Black or Hispanic. The White kids are given probation. America has a "Prison Industrial Complex". Prisoners are making products in the prisons. These products are sold cheaply to the public. Prisoners are paid $1 a day. The prisons need younger prisoners. Many of the judges are partners with the prisons and juvenile halls. Judges are paid kickbacks to lock up kids. Jews run the prison industrial complex.

Its unfortunate that this world is run by men. There insecurity shows all over this situation. Here a little boy stold slippers and the Judge gave him this type of punishment because of the hate he felt inside toward "himself." To do this to children only tells you how ugly their hearts. All I've ever seen is HATE toward children in this world. They get used for welfare money, tricking a man to stay with you, pretending that your a good mother, but PEOPLE are bad. VERY BAD.

If I were a national leader, I would allow cruel and unusual punishment, such as breaking the hands of thieves with a sledgehammer, or cutting of the scrotums of rapists, etc. I would PUBLICIZE these punishments on television for the whole world to see. Maybe that would get the message across NOT to be a criminal.

There is no excuse the Justice Minister can give for the "Animal Like" treatment of those children. It looks like a Tyranny to me. The Justice Minister said that the Government cannot be everywhere all of the time, which is no excuse. The Government run Shelters are supposed to protect the Children but, if everything stays the same then the Government has not done its job.
