thats some awesome groove man, you guys are tight together. and yeah stanley clarke is amazing but he also learned from others too just like we all did....
@TheChickenDoctor haha yeah liek hes a good fusion artist and funk punk thrash metal master but bassist like gianni serino and gustavo dal farra or tetsuo sakurai are far superior to les's obviously made the way it is for a reason funky rythmic style
found just 10 mins.......this man is better than stanley !!!! )( in my opinion ;) usa .. bring that big ole media machine to bear with this fella he GOOOOD KINGBASSPLAYER
sorry,bra...but ALL the bass players out there today LEARNED FROM Mr. Clarke. Dont say "better"...how about "different". Ive been playing bass semi-pro for the last 30 or so yrs and I was about 14 when I got my copy of "School Days"...blew me away. Stanlet brought the bass out front. NOONE ELSE BEFORE HIM. Stanley is the Godfather of bass,my friend.
SORRY.....YOU ARE TOTTALY PART OF THE WHOLE EXPERANCE... U TWO LOCKED IN YOUR MANY GROOVES ......... WATCHING DOUG ..JUST DAWNED ON ME JUST HOW GOOD YOU ARE AND THE EFFECT YOU ARE ALSO HAVING ON THE WHOLE VIBE spelling not good but you get the idea !! well done to BOTH have to play soon fellas KINGBASSPLAYER
But i love his playing myself, alot of people dont realize just how good he is, if you want to see, you would have to listen to some live recordings, instead of studio ones,
I've always strongly disliked Flea's RCHP playing. But I recently bought an albun by The Joshua Redman Band where the bass work is doubled between him and Meshell Ndegeocello, and everything is SO f-ing groovy
well i love his RHCP playing, but he really doesnt showcase it as much on the albums, he instead plays what goes, and does just enough to sound good with the rest of the band,'
can i have your rig? plz :(

Yeah. The bassist is friends with my guitar instructor. I think he might have even studied under my guy. I'm set to go see him sometime soon.
