  • Esses caras foram maravilhosos pra história musical!!!!

  • pula verge si o gogonea

  • Paul is a master of music people say george is one of the top guitarists and no disrespect cause hes truely amazing but watching paul on piano then guitar in other songs i feel like he was the greatest musician in the beatles. John was the soryteller Ringo was the relaxed glue that kept em together and george really felt the music as a religion and he was just doing that

  • an interesting info on concert for bangladesch it was shot on 35mm and 16mm film and they did a 70mm blow up for some of the road shows and the 70mm mag sound was a great mix

  • @delectomorfo You did a great job. No one could have seen this collage without you. Thanks. - darkman® - ««««««®§®»»»»»» Psychiatric LemonOlade Just 5¢ a glass Knowledge is Power Drink Up Estate Bottled. Sonoma, California

  • Such an excellent Tribute!!! THX a lot!!

  • George was not always in the spotlight and he should have been, he was phenomenal! I got to see him in concert. ROCK OH in the beyond George PEACE!

  • If George never died the Beatles would have come back together cause the breakup was more Paul vs John

I think it's cool how they put little pieces of John singing

  • Beatles were so talented. I don't know why anyone would want to be a in pop band and follow that Fab 4. Kinda unreal.

  • This song was written by eric clapton and george harrison

  • @himynameiskarl Not at all. Just George. Eric clapton played on it, but he didnt write anything other than maybe the guitar solo.

  • I miss you, George. RIP Man. Heaven is rocking, so many greats are there now.

  • George I love U!!

  • Like this much .

Harrision could have been as good a songwriter as his more famous sidekicks, you don't accidently produce a song of this quality without talent.

  • Excellent effort! It's as if George was there at his memorial concert, singing and playing along with his friends. Thank you so much!

  • @loveforlovesake

This is the bomb! George playing at his own tribute concert with his friends! I love

    it 8-)

  • i do not know how George would react to this version

  • Part of this is from The Concert For George after he died

  • George is good!!

  • my heart breaks for eric

  • @gooshala Your right Goos.I want to see Jimi H,with John Bonham on the drums along with Brad Delp on guitar.Im sure it will be a night to remember. But Im not in a rush for that show.I want to finish up down here....

  • nice vide dude

  • Just love this clip, thanks for posting delectomorto, I've played my vinyl Abbey Road to the hilt but watching George Harrison live with his son Dhani near Eric is mind-blowing! When the Beatles came on, I was about 12 to 14 and I remember George Harrison must have been my very first crush, the man's magical to me till now!

  • This video is from both 1971 and post georges death dubbed to the Beatles master audio

  • nice one dude

  • still amused by Clapton ripping off his own solo note for note

  • @9reasy5am ass, its the studio version

  • @rubberrev0lver no shit sherlock. watch clapton's hand though: it syncs perfectly with thE STUDIO VERSION.

  • yes!!!!!!!!!!

  • screw the people who disliked this they have no taste in music

  • @Travis7038 I agree

  • muito bom não um dos melhoressssssssss.

  • it is super

  • Cuando George Harrison hizo While my guitar no intereso mucho a los otros 3 Beatles. . . Fue un día que Harrison invitó a Eric Clapton a tocar While my. . . .

A lo que Eric Claptop respondio: -"Nadie toca con The Beatles". . .

    Una canción maravillosa. . . .

  • This Version of The Beatles

in a video of the concert of George Harrison and images of George Harrison

  • This audio is dubbed from the Beatles, surely! This is not how the concert sounded, not even close.

  • You're absolutely right. That was the whole point of the video.

  • @delectomorfo nice job, you matched it up well!

  • @delectomorfo Klassz vagy, mint mindig !!! KIP

  • Leon russel on piano

  • @frndthdevl PAUL ...too

  • Leon russell on piano

  • @chaosIsTheOnlyPower

You're correct, and please don't call me Shirley.

  • @chaosIsTheOnlyPower read the description a mash up i did.

  • For Alma...R.I.P.

  • George is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Concert of Bangladesh - 1971

  • lol..george looks like a wild caveman in a suit and yet still has a very gentle voice

  • Some great compilation footage and editing and a beard that you could lose a badger in. Wonderful.

  • Amazing song. I simply love it!

  • I'm looking for footage of George, Eric, and some other really great guitarists-and Ringo was on there too of a concert that was like on PBS or something. There were some incredible guitarists. I don't know if it was a George Harrison thing or a "guitarist" thing where someone put together a lot of great guitarists. I wish I had the name of the concert. Any ideas??

  • Not the" Prince's Trust Concert" from 1986?

  • mmmm....no , sorry :(

  • There's the ARMS concert that had Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page and Clapton in it. Not sure about Ringo and George however. The only other one I can think of is what lpvcrcd suggested, the princes trust concerts.

  • this is the best song of the beatles!!!!!!Great George!!!!!!

  • Awesome video dude!

  • Que historia detras de estos dos grades!!! clapton and harrison !!!

  • Trippy fucking trippy,on a sidenote I wish I could grow a beard, sad face:(

  • yeah two vids cutting to one^^

  • Wonderful song

  • Lol, it would be awsome if his son Dhani grew long hair and a beard too

It would be George all over again

  • One of the best guitar solos ever.

  • @lordhalo1605 check the tom petty, jeff lyne, steve winwood, dany harrison and prince version. prince's solo is way better than the original. clapton's fav guitar hero is prince...wonder why

  • @giugnhgbvinierngvb89

Prince made that song all about himself. He just showed off and acted like an asshole. And Claptons favorite is Robert Johnson, not prince.

  • @PageandPlant4Life eric said and still does, PRINCE. Prince did what he had to do. his personality. ur just jealous hes bigger than life. who cares about whos eric favourite anyway? everyone LOVED IT, and he got a standing ovation before he was finished. harrison LOVED IT and was so happy prince stole the show. now fuck off if u cannot see what every musician sees in prince.

  • @giugnhgbvinierngvb89

Obviously not everyone loved it. And who cares what Dhani thinks, he's not George. He hasn't really done anything musically relevant enough to have an important opinion. Prince is a decent guitar player, but once again he isn't Claptons favorite. I could go on for days with guitarists he prefers over prince, but how bout we quit arguing on a good video.

  • @PageandPlant4Life who cares what u think? ur nobody. im sure ur the typical idiot kid that is gonna come up with those guitar virtuoso that play ANYTHING...haha, look, steve vai is number one prince fan, so now u can shut the fuck up.

  • @giugnhgbvinierngvb89

you are an idiot. I am not about the guitar virtuoso thing. I love the blues and anything with feeling. I dislike Prince because of his arrogance and because he showed off at an event that was supposed to be about George Harrison.

  • @PageandPlant4Life if u love feeling beyond technique why the fuck u hate if hes making a show off or u call him asshole? that shouts ur insecurity. elvis was arrogant and that cocky attitude its cool, its rockn roll. george would be standing up clapping wherever he is. that night prince was inducted in the hall of fame so he had a chance to show everyone how good he is and there were sooo many people that didnt know he even played guitar...just read the comments. ur thing with p is personal.

  • @lordhalo1605 fine but he should have used eric claptons famous woman tone to add to the weeping effect of the song

  • The guitar here really weeps gently....a timeless Beatles hit....thanks for posting, we enjoyed it....two thumbs up!

  • gods of music all of them, thay made an awsome performance.

    4 drumers 0_O

  • We're talking bout a beatle here...respect!

  • Should be in the ROCK N ROOL hall of fame.

  • Pattie, Layla and Wonderful Tonight. I my opinion, Eric you are the one of best guitarist of the world, but we and you know, your two amazing songs, based on kindness your friend Harisson, that you forgive fraud ... Pattie Boyd ...... It is life. George had feeling and was a gentleman. George have a nice dream and let the angels keep.

  • ...so "let it be"

  • ohh god what a sexy man! why did he have to go? we love you george!! :) ♥

  • Amezing song with 2 wipping guitars - Eric Clapton and Carlos Santana

  • this is a cover

  • really awsome. i love that you included Dhani Harrison in there too. But I can't get over that irony! Clapton playing a song that George wrote about Patti, and then look how that turned out!

  • @xemily91

This song wasn't about Patti Boyd, and contrary to popular belief, neither was the song "Something". (George Harrison himself said he was thinking of Ray Charles when he wrote "Something"). This song was written one day, after George had read "I Ching", when he decided that he was going to open a book and write a song based on the first words he saw, those words were "Gently weeps". Clapton plays the guitar solo on the officially released studio recording as well.

  • On a side note:

What an epic beard by Harrison, the man is pure testosterone. 8-)

  • @JCMoney George Harrison in a beard = straight-up GANGSTA!

  • @JCMoney you should see Ringo's beard at the Bangladesh concert, it was epic too.

  • George`s songs were every bit as good as John and Paul`s after 1966. Most of the songs on All Things Must Pass were written during his Beatle time but would never have been heard since he generally got 2 songs per album. He got his friends together and recorded everything and released them in 1970.

  • awesome mix.. like time traveling groooooovy

  • Que melodia fantástica!!!

  • i think a song like that ,can stay in histori and i have many reasons to say it

  • Perfect- Edit- It is very ghostly and errie THat is Eric Clapton Playing both young and old. Good job- imagine what the Beatles SUPER MEGA TOUR would be like if all were still alive-- it would have been the concert of all concerts!!!!!!!!

    Amazing!

  • Clapton...great weeping guitar...

  • this isnt live its white album

  • I heard the White Album's version of this great song a thousand time - this is either a full playback performance based on the original record or the editor mixed up a new movie with older music.

  • thanks much for this! You did a great job...

  • I never realized that Clapton played that solo note for note at the Harrison memorial.

  • when and where was that mccartney & clapton concert....was it a tribute concert for george? I see george's son next to clapton....they look so much alike. Thanks for posting!

  • the macartney/clapton vids are from the concert for george, you can find that version of this track on you tube, it is truly outstanding, with Clapton giving his all in George's memeory; Concert for george is excellent throughout. recommended

    viewing

( good splicing or whatever you did here; bangladesh meets memorial concert or something???)

  • i think paul not involved in this concert like at 0.00 till 0.10...............

  • his friends did him great justice

  • Quite a good video mash up! Grat. Thanks for making and posting.

  • PLAYBACK!!!!

  • great vid!! Thanx for the post..

P.S very talented with the mash!

  • The guitar here really weeps gently....a timeless Beatles hit....thanks for posting, we enjoyed it....two thumbs up!

  • One of the all-time best versions of this song was done during George's Japan tour (with Clapton) in the early 1990s. There' s a lousy audio version on YouTube, but no video version. Can someone post it? Or maybe someone has?

  • Is this concert on DVD ??

  • Which one?

  • @delectomorfo Is it possible to see 'Something' from concert for George anymore? Can't say how pissed I am that WB pulled it. How come 'Something' was yanked and not 'WMGGW'?

  • @urkingod The video is called The Concert for Bangladesh (its on DVD and CD) this version is actually a mashup though

  • How come the Concert for George Version of this song isn't on Youtube?

  • It´s not on youtube because of the copyright problems

  • may be you can put it on there!

  • What a labor of love....great job in mixing ...I noticed the record version agaist the Bangladesh concert footage at first..then it hit me...thx for this

  • Great mix! I loved seeing the 3 beatles guys on this vid, + little Dhani playing with his dad. So wonderful, as I would dream it!! Great job!! (wish there was a way to incorporate John somehow).

  • I think While my Guitar Gently Weeps and Something are the best Beatles songs

  • studio version yes. Lennon's voice no.

  • George Harrison in the beginning looks like the caveman guy that comes on the Geico commercial called: So easy a caveman could do it.

  • I personally am not a fan of mash ups, but I must admit the timing you put for each clip was perfect!

  • one of the best riff guitar ever played and covered, pure brilliant.

  • I'll always miss my favorite Beatle, George. His songs were magical.

  • ya, george was the best

  • When George was good, he was indeed magical. His problem was that all evaluations, in fact, all human reasoning, is based on answers to, "as compared to what questions."

As great as George could be, when compared to John Lennon and Paul McCartney... well, let's just say, without taking anything away from George's brilliance on this song, Something, Here Comes the Sun, and a host of others, that's tough competition. Really, really tough competition.

  • This is not the one I'm looking for. The good one keeps getting pulled. Anyone no wher I can find it. The one that was tribute with all the greats on stage.

  • The last one I found got labeled private. It's gone from YouTube, That's sad, it was the best.

  • im looking for it to, did you find it?

  • go to myspace and search it under videos.

p.s. you dont need a myspace to watch it

  • A very clever mix of video from a concert for George and the concert for bangladesh, also some Lennon footage near the end

  • What has happened to all the clips from the Concert for George at the Albert Hall? Most seem to have ben deleted. Now that was a tribute concert and to such a great man!

  • this song gives me chills every time i hear it

  • ur not the only 1...this song is so pure...

  • Dick smack, read the blurb before making an ass out of yourself.

  • What a complete nonse wanker you are,do you really not have any kop on at all?

  • Want to know more about " THE BEATLES ROCKBAND" click on my username" inforamtion of the game guaranteed."

  • grande george !!!

  • Great video(Y) nice idea mate.

Also a great song my favourite harrison song.

  • Very cool, surreal, I love it. Thanks for posting it.

  • fake video!

  • The video is not fake, it's absolutely real. The matter is that this is not live footage, it's a mash-up of performances. Read the video description!

  • I found an AMAZING version of this song. Just search 'James Durbin', its the first one, it should say While My Guitar Gently Weeps. But his voice could be compare to Robert Plant and Dio. Watch the whole thing, listen to the screams!!!!!
