quick question... is strangling aloud in bjj? i know we have the rape choke... but what about tapping someone by squeezing their wind pipe. harsh as fuck i know... but is it legal?
I love this Fedor style punch, it works really well against the forearm defense. The only problem is that if you throw it hard enough while the guy's head is on the canvas you can break youre hand, as Fedor is known to do, and as I did a few years back LOL! BUT I still use it, go figure.
nice video explaining the punches!! have you found the time to make a video explaining the mechanics behind the side escape to darce transition? I would really appreciate that if you ever get the time.
I never knew there was a name for that. I always just called it Fedor punches, since he was wrecking everyone with them in their guards back in the day.
It's also a Systema punch too, and I like it :D
