Wow, he can twirl dough very well. I just wish I knew why someone would waste so much time practicing something so frivolous. I mean, I started to learn to juggle once. After I started getting good I realized that I just wasted several weeks learning something almost completely pointless and I could have done something useful.
if your job is spinning dough im sure after a while you would start messing around and learn to do some cool stuff and if you work there long enough or realize you can make a show of it you will practice more...

He learn alone,well uspizzateam supported to much,but he practice to much working in Italian restaurants and with his family restaurant in california.He work so hard for been today what he is now,cost long time and effort tobe what now it is.

Yes he's a great pizzaiolo he worked in Costa mesa California with his brother Pedrito in"La Cocina de Isabel"he's a great Cook,his pizzas and food are so delicious(I verified),a great pizza spiner and Mexican Pride,now he lives in Toronto.Please dont belive that the dough that he uses to do all those acrobatics is for eating,no no,is only for spin it,the dough for pizza to eat is aside.

Wow, he can twirl dough very well. I just wish I knew why someone would waste so much time practicing something so frivolous. I mean, I started to learn to juggle once. After I started getting good I realized that I just wasted several weeks learning something almost completely pointless and I could have done something useful.

not really impressive... ive seen that too many times...
at our pizza restaurant the guys also do this... sometimes they even are willing to learn u some of these things... but still 4 stars for the show...;P
