@justj99XX - What he's saying is that the federal reserve bailed out banks, in addition to the publicly known bailout, with money they didn't even have. In other words, they just made it up. They created money out of nothing. In result, these banks and their employees made massive amounts of money. In theory, this money, at least the majority of it, is taxpayer money. So in other words, they loaned taxpayer money that didn't even exist and they are now rich off of fake money.

If I'm the be all end all of the global financial market and I loan you $100, even if I don't have it, you're account is allowed to say that you just put $100 in it because it's backed by the federal reserve. Ever heard of FDIC? Whether they actually have this $100 or not, it theoretically comes from the taxpayers (you and I). So they basically took our tax dollars and loaned it to them.
