After you do a championship, you get a rating the gets shown in the top left corner. It goes like, D, C, B, A, then 1 star, 2 stars, and then 3 stars. If you win every race you will definitely get at least one star.

oh yeah and the part where there is the 2 holes in the track once you go off the jump you do a trick then you can hop over the 1st hole and do a trick off the 2nd one and youll make it over ( you might not make the 2nd it only works with certain tricks) =)
