It would have been less contradicting if they would have taken out the thinspo quotes, but then they add to what Sophie must believe in. cause your metabolism slows down when you aren't eating so when you eat the energy in your food turns to fat cause your body thinks it doesn't need it due to you eating less. So you'll have to eat less than you eat when u r anorexic to keep loosing weight. you have to eat different amount of calories everyday and exercise a lot to keep losing weight instead of gaining.
Be brave, be couragous, face down your fears love the people around you, do something amazing with you life that is what makes someone truly beautiful.

Im sorry but these girls are just bones, even a skinny dancers body or a ballarina looks better then this because they have a overall toned skinny body...these girls don't even have muscle because they don't eat ...thats not thinspo ...it takes hard work to have a victoria secrets body they don't starve they just work realy hard and the rest are just bones.

It would have been less contradicting if they would have taken out the thinspo quotes, but then they add to what Sophie must believe in. Its sad to restrict from eating when maybe some of these people in the video must eat more than average(I would know because I have friends who are eating machines but stay slim)I'm not one of those people who can get away with doing that so I take care of what I eat, but I also understand that starving myself isn't good for me.

fuck that shit! models arent even as skinny as they look or if they are that skinny their skin is so blotchy and have little glow because their is no vitamins in their skin...so they are airbrushed to look like that. noone should really look like that. EAT FOOD! FOOD IS YUMMY! IT IS YOUR FRIEND! IT KEEPS YOU ALIVE AND NOT DYING! FOOD IS GREAT! JUST EAT IT! The song is lovely, but your video completely contradicts it. It's horrible that you are including lines and images that promote eating disorders and are saying that it's okay to engage in self-destructive behaviours.
As if we don't have enough to deal with, physically and psychologically, you're glorifying suffering and unhealthy ways of losing weight.

This song reminds me of my best friend's older sister, Jenny, who is gorgeous, has the best boyfriend, is wealthy, popular, & suffering from anorexia. She is my personal thinspiration, but I still wish she'd get better. Me, I don't want to get over this.

cause your metabolism slows down when you aren't eating so when you eat the energy in your food turns to fat cause your body thinks it doesn't need it due to you eating less. So you'll have to eat less than you eat when u r anorexic to keep loosing weight. you have to eat different amount of calories everyday and exercise a lot to keep losing weight instead of gaining.

Beautiful video. I can understand what it's like to want to be thin. I neva have been but in a stereotypical world thin=pretty... I don't agree. I agree wiv petpplluv and that beauty on the inside is more important... But it is drummed in to our head that guys only like skinny chicks but they don't coz my bf loves me for the way I am. although a little harsh, I basically agree. When a girl is thin and healthy it's nice, but when you don't eat and you look like nicole richie no one will want to touch you.
