reiki is truly wonderful for me, as is eft which focuses on similiar meridians to reiki. I am using both of these methods for anxiety, and chronic fatigue syndrome and boy do I wish I'd known about these things 4 years ago.

This is so peaceful..I am trying to get away from abusing myself with alcohol..I go all day feeling as if I will not drink and start to feel in control....but I always turn into a drinker late in the afternoon...thank you for the music and slideshow of beautiful images..I will focus and try to see my self as the kind of person I want to be..tonight I see my self playing this music while drinking a cup of herbal tea instead of the alcohol.

You dont need alcohol, i am sure that you miss something and this empty place inside yo you, you are trying to feling with alcohol. @DramaDon83 Good on you bro. You can do it! I just takes time and persistence. You might fail one day, but the next day is a new day... just continue the journey. I used this stuff to quit a major drug/alcohol addiction and when things are tough i always come back to it. Peace be the journey!

@DramaDon83 hey drama, your alcohol addiction might not be as bad as you think :) you sound like your addicted to carbohydrates and not alcohol. Try a low carb, moderate protein, high fat diet. There a week of transition and it might take a few attempts but eventually that craving or 'edge' to consume will diminish like magic!
