It could be both, if you notice all the music from that era has simlarities, a lot of hendrix influence and zeppelin on the guitars, but they all have there own sound

I noticed that too when I just went to see them in Denver. One of the things I love about albums like Huevos is you can really hear the bass. Just like those old dead albums. Turn it UP!
