It's because this show was whole recorded by Rede Globo, the biggest television channel here in Brazil, and this tape of God Of Thunder was showed during a big program they have at sundays night. So he is explaining about Kiss concerts here in Brazil.

It's interesting to say that this show didn't have encore, because the whole stage was destroyed by Eric Carr's cannon at the end of Rock N' Roll All Nite.

@believin13, it's not that I dislike Vinnie style of playing. I think Vinnie is a very talented songwriter and guitarist. But this particular solo is not one of his best. He is all over the place and sounds lost throughout the entire thing. It's just not good.

I had the wierdest dream a few days ago,

I dreamt that i went back in time to Rio in 83 and I got to be with Kiss the same night bt before the show, and what they did like 6 o clock was trainsurfing in the Brazilian subway ;:PP:P Paul sat on the front of the train a Gene was holding on to a door lol. And i really bought it until i wake up

This show was remarkable for me. I was 7, Brazilian TV channel, Globo, transmitted it in a Saturday afternoon. When I watched it, I said to myself, this is the kind of music I want to listen to. Now with 35 I can say, 27 years of rock'n roll, thanks to that show!

Esse show do Rio foi o primeiro da Tour Creatures no Brazil. Más era para ser em Sâo Paulo o primeiro. Devido as fortes chuvas o Rio foi privilégiado. E Minas e São Paulo foram os últimos. O Som estava perfeito no Rio o que não aconteceu nos outros 2 shows.

This line up and tour should have taken KISS back to the top but unfortunatly it didnt. This was KISS at their best since 1977/78. Sadly not to long after this we ended up with all those other line ups and all that mid / late 80's stuff. Sham it didnt last.
