I applaud Christ on passing the water rights law that allows homeowners to use whatever plants they chose in their landscapes.

Previously homeowner association mandated using St. Augustine grass which requires high inputs of labor from immigrant workers, fertilizers, and pesticides that kill aquatic life in our many surface waters. Fertilizers also cause increases in govt spending on control of aquatic vegetation and non native species. Two major problems in Florida.
