My lady walks through the seas, blessing boats over seas, at last my port's at view, thanks to her, my life is new. i'll give my life freely and completely, now she is my lady.
Oh, boy, I like to imagine about the love & friendship between Eowyn and good hobbit Meryy, not Faramir. I like this video very much. But there - in the LOTR movie, there were more episodes about the Eowyn and Merry, wheen they were together.
Found myself completely out of the blue whistling this song today at work (I haven't heard the song in close to ten years). Like a long lost friend it was.
sorry,mb fans. my bad. i thought justin was singing here. made me realize that ray does have a great voice also. I miss seeing him with the moody's such a great personality!
thank you for sharing this video. it's such a wonderful haunting song from another day and Justin sings it so well. He is like the noble gentlemen of olde. I can picture him in this scenario. timeless, astounding song.
SIR What aquality posting, song from an era not long forgotten,we will never here the like of the moodys as all the talentless shows that throw up the so called pop of today are not fit to sit in the shadow of such time seved musicians they did not set out for celebrity but to try to get music to convey feelings.Few did it as well as the Mighty MOODY BLUES bless you for this posting it made my millenium.
What a fantastic post. The only thing that could better this is had you used the "Ladies of the Woods" and somehow showed the "Greyhavens". I have always loved this song from the moment I first heard it while stationed in Germany in '77. Always wanted someone I could share this song with and go off into "MiddleEarth". bilbo2shire
I agree with Wiglaf67 -- part of what I love about YouTube is the chance for editing these nuances, bringing them out. Plus, this is one of the Moody Blue's best songs.
This is very charming- as was Lady Eowyn. You caught the nuance of a part of the trilogy that could be easily overlooked in the big stuff- but this is what gives it a heart.
Perfect song for it, too: a forgotten great by the Moody Blues. Nice Job!

Oh My--I had almost forgotten what real music was like, being surrounded by the Satanist crap that fills our airways these days.
Bless them indeed. I believe God himself spoke through the Moodys.

They need to make a new version of Lord Of The Rings with nothing but Moody Blues music in it.

I love the movie and this classic Ray Thomas song, but the music doesn't fit this video. Sorry.

As said under; "Few did it as well as the Mighty MOODY BLUES."
I thought for many years I was alone having MB as nr. 1 band, but there are many others...
