@Plausiblesarge it didnt work on system32, but it worked by moving it to the folder next to it - SysWOW64. I should've probably mentioned it was 64 bit cause that might've mattered. Now i got a spiffy screensaver, so thank you and stickfan :D!

@Hurricaaane I have forced it to 4:3 aspect ratio, since its the only one that seems to do anything, but now it looks like it may be stretched too far the other way. I am not sure though, because it looks "normal" when viewing it stretched because I have seen it so many times

@Uriel6178 wut... i made it myself using irfanview... it's not a threat. double check it, the maker of this video can confirm that it is not! i mean, he did post it in his description. what type of threat is it anyway? because my spyware detector isn't picking anything up...

@Uriel6178 norton thinks everything is a threat. I scanned it with avast and AVG and they both came up clean. If you uninstalled norton, your computer would run alot better, since it is (ironically) more resource intensive, AND more system restricting than most viruses.

@TheStickFan I dont know about screensavers, but for a desktop background if you have windows vista or windows 7, you can use dreamscene. It is easy with vista - just get a video file and right click and select "set as desktop" (there are lots of youtube downloaders out there). In windows 7, you have to enable dreamscene by downloading a piece of software. You can google "dreamscene windows 7" to find out how. If you are on XP, linux, etc. then I have no idea if it is even possible.
