I don't understand the timing option, you can choose a number between 1 and 10 but WHAT DOES IT MEAN? How is it effecting timing? Is ten means it's less forgiving? It doesn't seem to have any effect on (my very poorly scoring) gameplay.

I know I would enjoy this game if I could just get it to recognize that, yes, I actually AM doing the moves & in fairly close time with it! Does the practice stage really calibrate it? I haven't found any other place saying that's so... I'm getting frustrated.

@lanabstar Yes. The practice stage calibrates the game. The one where you have to push the A button in time with what's happening? That's the one. It will change that number in timing if need be. In We Cheer 2, you're immediately able to test the timing option, but not in the first We Cheer.

I don't mind that you didn't edit this video, in fact, I enjoy this a lot more. It gives me a chance to see the full game in action.  Thank you so much for sharing. This appears to be a really great rhythm game, and I honestly didn't expect that. I expected yet another cheap, no budget 3rd party Wii game.

I did get a bouquet for that dance, I can't remember what I got for initially beating it, but once you unlock all the outfits, you get a bouquet everytime you pass a song.

Yeah! today i passed I want candy in hard, it was the firts time I played it, I'm so proud xDDD. In fact I use to lose in the easier songs, the fast ones are easier for me. If I can do, everyone should, I´m not too good at dancing and such. Srry again for my english xD

"I Want Candy" is passed... Managed to pass it two times by luck. I had been getting all the way to purple and still failing in the end, but I found that all I really needed was to pass the bonus chance in order to get enough in the meter.

Thanks for posting this! I've passed all the songs on Normal and nearly all on Hard. My daughter has passed songs too. 1Up's claim that the game is "broken" is simply false. You have to get up and do the moves, not sit or stand like a statue and twitch your wrists. 80+ combo, that is awesome!!

Thanks. I don't know how I managed to combo most of the song when I'm so used to having my timing being off some times. But I did clear "I Want Candy" on hard recently. Just like with "Huddle Formation" on hard, I had to do it in front of someone.

You are absolutely right for "professional" reviewers not dedicating enough time to actually sit down with the game - instead passing over or doing half-hearted reviews to move on to "bigger" fish to fry in reviewing games.

It was not until the user opinions on Amazon of which I got myself a copy, and enjoyed it. It isn't perfect don't get me wrong, but it is not a bad game like other pro/sham reviwers called it.

Here's to a sequel/spiritual sequel!
