It is critical to take the WHOLE message Jesus spoke, my friend, and not selectively limit the words your consider. Jesus never says He is a 'Separate God'. He DOES say over and over that He is ONE with the Father, even as He describes a hierarchical relationship.

@RealEros1 Jesus came to Earth to walk as a man, my friend. This means that Jesus distanced Himself from God and from His Position within the Trinity FOR A TIME. Not forever. But FOR A TIME. And during that TIME, Jesus PRAYED as a man. Jesus SLEPT as a man. Jesus ATE as a man. Jesus WAS a man for THAT TIME.

But Jesus WAS TO RETURN to His Position WITH GOD, just as Jesus existed WITH GOD BEFORE the world was created. This is what Jesus prayed in John 17:5

To begin, read the 4 Gospels, and then continue with the WHOLE New Testament. Read it beginning to end, and realize it is God's Inspired Word to you, brother. It is the truth. And if GOD could reveal it, GOD could preserve it.

@GuitarMasta777 My friend, it is REALLY important to actually KNOW what the Word of God says on the matter. The phrase 'cannot be tempted BY EVIL' means that when OFFERED evil, God is NOT ENTICED, he is NOT DRAWN to do evil.

It does not mean that NO ONE can APPROACH GOD and make an OFFER that is tempting. The Word of God CLEARLY records that such DOES happen. ONLY GOD is NOT SEDUCED by the temptation of evil.

The problem the Quran creates for you is that by ENDORSING the Psalms, Mohammed has said 'The contents of the Psalms are CORRECT and TRUE and the Word of Allah'.

The phrase 'to be tempted' has 2 meanings, my friend. The first meaning to consider is TO BE OFFERED the opportunity to commit a sin.

The SECOND meaning, my friend, is to have WITHIN YOU, the desire and the tendency to think about and want to, commit sin.

Satan used the FIRST meaning to offer Jesus a chance to sin. But Jesus DID NOT have any sinfulness, any desire, any rebellion to God within Him.
