  • he's doing it in pretty bad form, doesn´t matter the weight you lift it's alwasy the proper form to get results

  • @hgarabo have fun being a scrawny weakling. Yeah you can do 75 lbs with perfect form but that in no means is going to compare with doing super heavy weight with less than perfect form. And by the way this is absolutely incredible form for the amount of weight/reps. Go do some more dumbbell curls and leave the real work to the big boys.
