I'm all for the Police but I re-ran the tape and he did make a complete stop at the stop sign. I think the Officer already knew that that was a drug car. I'm surprised he didn't taze the guy. The guy threw some drugs out but he was putting it between the seats and everywhere.

your absolutely right tho if he would have complied he would have went home with maybe just a ticket or maybe even a warning depending on the cop. I know I've gotten away with a few speeding tickets just by being respectful and polite.

@therealsheep1 unnecessary? the driver and passenger would not comply with the officers orders after he was told multiple times to put his hands up and he wouldnt. plus the driver and/or passenger couldve had weapons in the car that the police officer didnt know about. then the driver was resisting arrest and when that happens police officers are allowed to use physical and sometimes deadly force. plus if you read the description the driver was just released from prison and didnt have a liscence

I might not have stopped the vehicle for the stop sign as the primary reason, I would've waited longer to see what was what. But I definitely would not have waited that long to spray him. He was way too out of control. When watching this I thought he might have had a weapon.
