LSU's gorilla ball changed the bat specs after the 1997 season with alll the home runs they hit....they had a streak going from 1996 through 1998 where they hit at least 1 hr every game...the bat specs at that time changed the velocity in mph that the ball came off the bat from 113 to 97 mph. now they want to change again??...they should just go to wood and then no more discrepancies to evaluate
