@brueh8 that's because the one in the beginning was still just a mask, not her real personality, so that one is number two. Number one is the one at the end, the real her, after she accepts all the aspects of her personality (when she says, "goodbye...and welcome back" 3:14) and they all become the same person, which I think they really were in the first place. Like she said at 0:30, the ten faces were a defense mechanism.

Two interpretaitions from me:

1 That panda guy is pretty cruel, he would only love one tenths of her while she would love him with all tenths of her would love him. That would not be very accepting of her MPD.

2 MDP is not so simply formed or broken as she did it, i doubt that she actually had it, and i guess that she actually was aware of her other personalities, and that they were quite weaker than the personalitys of someone with MPD. Panda guy knew this and helped her snap out of it.
