the only thing i see standing in your way is your recording equipment, its hard to tell the difference between the two guitars with the distiortion. maybee try a mic with a noise filter. other than that it was good

haha thanks dude! But yeah, we did sound a bit off. It's probably the difference in the pickups though. The pickups in the SG always sound higher piched than my Ibanez, but when you look on the chromatic tuner, they're in perfect tuning.
