@xxzipitxx In your mind. It's easiest to do sets of 100. Believe me, you get used to it quickly. I've done 6,000 punches without stopping by counting to 100 60 times.
@Firestormify Settle down now... I'm not arguing that there's no cure. I was just disagreeing with your statement that it would take at least 100 years to find the cure. I agree with you that it's awful for your knees.
Former Pro Wrestler and Navy Seal Prince Iaukea does 3,000+ at a time. i asked him if this was legit and he said it looked to him as though it was. He said '500' was the standard taught to him by Karl Gotch and the Malenko family, and that most pro wrestlers cannot do 500.
bro you seem to be bouncing off your heels and pausing a lot of times -- proper form is crucial... i use to do 200+ in one sitting till i learned proper technique and i realized i could only really do 40 -- thats with complete pressure on the quads without a bounce and averaging 35-40 squats a minute... still respect for tryin the 1000
I'm up to two sets of 100 a day, with an eventual goal of one set of 500 a day. 1000 is truly a feat, but I wouldn't reccomend doing it too regularly.
In real time it was about 40 min (doesn't people read the description?). It was however right before sunset and the sun happened to shine brightly and then recede, giving the illusion of a daylong span, so I can understand your misconception.
@finalfanta25 I actually don't know, but at least my (added) body weight. Probably not so much more. I remember being able to max out every leg training machine at my school's gym with one leg, although they couldn't go that heavy. Anyway, I don't believe max strength and endurance are much more correlative than being able only to max the repeated load.
How do you Coun that?

@Firestormify 100 years? Bold statement for a world that's exponentially becoming more and more technological and has only had cars for about 125.

In training for Pro Wrestling, trainees do 1000s a day. I remember when I first started training, I was done after 300.
