  • How do you Coun that?

  • @xxzipitxx In your mind. It's easiest to do sets of 100. Believe me, you get used to it quickly. I've done 6,000 punches without stopping by counting to 100 60 times.

  • FAKE

  • @Firestormify Settle down now... I'm not arguing that there's no cure. I was just disagreeing with your statement that it would take at least 100 years to find the cure. I agree with you that it's awful for your knees.

  • @Firestormify 100 years? Bold statement for a world that's exponentially becoming more and more technological and has only had cars for about 125.

  • cock sucker fake

  • @mosaren Jaså?

  • Excellent!

  • @Firestormify : This is not necessarily true.

  • Your knees seem to be going way passed your toes which will damage your knees in time.

  • @mrpohaku: Not necessarily true.

  • 1000 is hardcore. Just in terms of patience to even bother.

  • Former Pro Wrestler and Navy Seal Prince Iaukea does 3,000+ at a time. i asked him if this was legit and he said it looked to him as though it was. He said '500' was the standard taught to him by Karl Gotch and the Malenko family, and that most pro wrestlers cannot do 500.

  • In training for Pro Wrestling, trainees do 1000s a day. I remember when I first started training, I was done after 300.

  • If you fast forward you'll see that the sun has moved.

  • he actually did 1000. for those who don't believe it, fast forward the video and you can see the sunlight move in the bottom left

  • Anyone doubting the difficulty of this, get off your chair and do 5 sets of 30, then come back and talk some jive.

  • that's stupid, he weighs like 130lbs. of course it's going to be more difficult if you weigh over 200lbs.

  • He actually weighs about 170lbs. Yes i know him.

  • Well done, 1000 reps in a row is very impressive.

  • there's a 62 year old guy who did 1000 squats in good form with 60 pounds in his arms.

  • the guy weighs maybe 130 pounds. cant be that hard

  • Your wrong, he weighs approximately 170lbs.

  • @ketogenesis how would you know?

  • id be much more impressed with 1 rep of 500 lbs =)

  • I depends on what your after, strength or endurance.

  • ok now put some fucking weight on your back and do it! maybe youll acually be strong and not skinny

  • @hobokilla89

    you are an idiot.

  • he is, indeed

  • lol yeah, Superflo did a thousand, with 60 pounds, and he was 62. people think this is something. they havent seen crap

  • another "matt furey" moron

  • what's the point? Your a skinny little shit, it's obviously not doing anything for you

  • bro you seem to be bouncing off your heels and pausing a lot of times -- proper form is crucial... i use to do 200+ in one sitting till i learned proper technique and i realized i could only really do 40 -- thats with complete pressure on the quads without a bounce and averaging 35-40 squats a minute... still respect for tryin the 1000

  • I'm up to two sets of 100 a day, with an eventual goal of one set of 500 a day. 1000 is truly a feat, but I wouldn't reccomend doing it too regularly.

  • Just think, he doesnt have to go to the store to buy noodles afterwards.....

  • thats heavy!

  • i started doing these. i got 160 good ones. i dont think i'll walk for another week!

how often do you do these? do you feel lighter on your feet?

  • dude, think about what you're doing to your knees with 1000 of those. take it easy, man.

  • this exercise has actually healed many a knee injury

  • If this is not a looped video of maybe just 100 squats i am honestly very impressed !

  • your form is garbage

  • i did 23 squats are my legs are aching lol!

  • rly this is 99% will power i think which makes its rly hard

  • I give the kid props but they are not continuous it looks like over the span of a day.

  • In real time it was about 40 min (doesn't people read the description?). It was however right before sunset and the sun happened to shine brightly and then recede, giving the illusion of a daylong span, so I can understand your misconception.

  • @SimonWihk what could you do for a 1 rep max at the time you did this?

  • @finalfanta25 I actually don't know, but at least my (added) body weight. Probably not so much more. I remember being able to max out every leg training machine at my school's gym with one leg, although they couldn't go that heavy. Anyway, I don't believe max strength and endurance are much more correlative than being able only to max the repeated load.

  • Your a hateR!

  • You moved from your place, fail

  • i find it offensive that "of air or hindu squats or whatever they're called."

  • Has this kid nothing better to do?

  • that's the stupidest thing you can say... stfu

  • 112 for me =)

  • wait a min... i didn't do it right >_>

  • bloddy hell. i get tired after doing 50):
