  • reading the comments here proves to me that Americans have absolutely no idea what the word "socialism" means

  • He was also racist to Japanese Americans.

  • @catch2370

    Wow...ur stupid

  • FDR was also an anti-Semite who knew about was happening to Jews in Europe but did nothing. In fact, FDR called the war against Germany, the "Jews' War" and resisted sending troops to Europe to fight against the Nazis even after Pearl Harbor.

  • labels labels labels...you designate labels to people because that's what they have to be, don't they, for them to make sense in your small barely developed brains? Not multi-dimensional sentient beings, with deep rooted emotion and integrity, no, just products off an assembly line with labels. Why's it got to be so black and white? People who resort to labels so liberally like you are evidence to the vacuous husk of humanity.

  • Lol I love how the Democrats prove they are the racists one...its great when people do your job for you...

  • The hysteria that greeted the election of the present black president heralded a political vacuum. Obama has acheived nothing! He isn't fit to wipe FDR's boots!

  • Where is your PROOF that he made those racist statements publicly, as you claim in this video? I'm looking! Pray tell! I'm black, and you really bring the stereotype to life that black guys who sound white are usually puppets for white big business America. Don't you realize your fellow teabaggers will NEVER see you as equal? It's just good ol' fashioned northern racism. You're sort of like a house negro, lackie lap dog to whitey...or, like Roy Wilkins. Were you picked on when you were young?

  • The economist Thomas Sowell, look him up, would tell you that it wasn't WWII that ended the Great Depression. WWII forced government to divert its resources to the war leaving the private sector alone to its own devices to do what the private sector does best. Create jobs. Obama would do well to listen to Sowell on economic matters. The Industrial Revolution started in the mid-19th not the mid 20th century. FDR was elected to 4 terms. He died shortly after the start of his 4th.

  • The Depression headlines you air are from the Hoover years.

The actual "Great Depression" ended after FDR's 1933 win with the return of GDP growth that became record growth, although unemployment was much higher than pre-1929 rates.

"FDR started his socialist policies prior to the war...it was the war that put America back to work."

War put no one to work. FDR's Keynesian policies paid for weapons and payrolls.

We could have driven those tanks into the ocean and ended the depression.

  • FDR banned racial discrimination in federal hiring.

He sure hated blacks, to enable blacks to take high-paying, secure federal careers ahead of lesser-qualified whites.

"He was the only president to serve for 3 terms."

FDR was elected 4 times. You are technically correct, but you seem to think he stopped at 3.

"Were term limits imposed because of FDR?"

    Duh.

Who said FDR extended the Depression for "another decade"?

It ended in 1940, but FDR GDP saw record growth in the 30s.

  • This dumb son of a bitch must just love Ron Paul.

  • You're my hero!

  • LOL, Ronald Reagan opposed the civl rights act, honored waffen SS war criminals and praised dictators such as Suharto and PInochet.

95 of African Americans voted for Obama.

Guess they disagree with your moronic beliefs!

  • I suggest reading "New Deal or Raw Deal? How FDR's Economic Legacy Has Damaged America. By Burton Folsom, Jr."

  • @dgoren1

Sure, lots of middle-class people are ignorant enough to vote for Republicans, but that doesn't change that only the rich matter to the GOPigs.

  • @dgoren1

21.5% is not their fair share. And it'd be fundamentally wrong if they DIDN'T pay at a higher rate.

  • No CREDIBLE economists believes that the New Deal extended the Great Depression. You're a moronic liar.

  • your right it was the raw deal

  • so what your saying is to invade germany?

  • @HayZing HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA You are so blind it's really kind of pathetic. The whole "parties changed sides" thing is one of the lamest and most untrue thing that liberal nut jobs say. He was against southern states rights? How so? By opposing them having slaves? That's FOR RIGHTS not against. You can't hide the racism of the left by saying they were on the right, which is a total falsehood. BTW I graduated college, you zombie.

  • @HayZing Wow! Racism and violence in 2 sentences! I guess we are still be civil to each other!

  • @HayZing You're joking right? You seriously believe that no one comes out on top with socialism? Jon Stewart isn't news, it's a "comedy" show. Capitalism benefits everyone by being the most efficient system.

  • @HayZing FDR was a complete socialist. Fact

  • @ACOLLEGECONSERVATIVE --You're a complete fucking idiot there's a huge difference between ideology and political party 1800's Northern Yankee Republicans were Liberals Abraham Lincoln was a Yankee who was against Southern Conservative States Rights.140 years ago Democrats were a Conservative States Rights Southern Party the 2 parties have switched over ideologies the last 150 years today 90% of Southern White Voters are Republican today.

THERE'S A HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IDEOLOGY AND PARTY.

  • Great job Kevin. I'm proud to know you personally. Keep it up my fellow Patriot!

  • I always thought the depression ended when the goverment spending dropped by 50%, not so much the war.

  • As a black man, I've come to realize the Democrat party is the party that started the KKK and are big Racist fraud backed by organized crime and mob union bosses. I will never be tricked into voting for a democrat or a socialist progressive ever again!

  • @prffsrx --Your a complete fucking idiot there's a huge difference between ideology and political party 1800's Northern Yankee Republicans were Liberals Abraham Lincoln was a Yankee who was against Southern Conservative States Rights.140 years ago Democrats were a Conservative States Rights Southern Party the 2 parties have switched over ideologies the last 150 years today 90% of Southern White Voters are Republican today.

THERE'S A HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IDEOLOGY AND PARTY.

  • @ExposingUncleToms How has the democrats changed since slavery or fighting against civil rights for blacks ? or even the jim crow days was all democrat thinking, all they see is race when meeting people, just because their racists inside they try to acuse others of their own views, look at Maher as he always ses things in a racist way and tries to suggest others think that way. When I hear racist words it is always comming from the racialist who are mostly democrats, its in their blood

  • @beginization -Because Democrats used to be a Conservative States Rights Party Ronald Reagan used to be a democrat before most Conservatives switched over to Republican today's Democrat Party is a Northern Liberal Party that elected a Black President.

Today's Right Wing idiots like you keep trying to compare today's Democrats to the conservative Democrats from 100 years ago when everybody knows the 2 parties have switched over ideologies the last 100 years.

  • @ExposingUncleToms Just because a state chanes to the other party does not mean conservatives are democrats, it go by number of votes and their soul does not change on who wins the state, your thinking like it works like a voodoo doll,

Research the past history of the country and you will realise you joined the plantation party

  • @beginization -You're the typical Right Wing Retard the South has always been Conservative States Rights regardless of party because your to stupid to know the difference between ideology and party you really believe that Democrats have always liberal.

You keep trying to compare today's Democrats to the conservative Democrats from 100 years ago when everybody knows the 2 parties have switched over ideologies the last 100 years.

LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IDEOLOGY AND PARTY

  • @ExposingUncleToms I dont live in the south like you so are not racial but you have much to learn, a table from 100 yrs ago is still a table, a conservative today who can only vote for republicans now as their is no conservative party but they still hold the same values as the ones who freed the black slaves from the democrats during the civil war, your democrat party would not give the slaves up and like their ancesters keep the blacks under control with free money and affirmative action

  • @ExposingUncleToms It is only from democrats and the left who bring up race all the time, have you watched Bill Maher or john stewart making jokes about race al the time, they try to palm their own racist views off as what other are thinking,

I think conservatives still value morals and views of the founders and have not strayed far but the left has gone around the bend, even Rosanne is calling for beheading the rich yet she has $80 million so will she volunteer giving up her wealth ?

  • @beginization Really? I hear Herman Cain and Allen West use the race card all the time.

  • @ExposingUncleToms sorry but all your asslicking won't get FDR to allow you to poise with him in a picture.

  • @ExposingUncleToms Couldn't have said it better myself.

  • @beginization All of the bills that go to Washington that oppose the rights of minorities come from the right. I know you wannabe repubs think that all of the evil in the world comes from the left, but your side is clearly dillusional and paranoid.

  • @ExposingUncleToms That's not completely true. Mainly the democrats switched ideology whereas the Republicans maintained their ideology. If you look to the fiscal policies the parties hold almost the same ideology as before. Only socially the democrats have become very "progressive" while the Republicans maintained almost the same ideology as they had before. That doesn't mean the Republicans have changed their ideology they only kept it like it was.

  • @TheYvdW -You don't know anything about politics you can't compare today's Northen Liberal Dems to the Southern Conservative Dems from 50 years ago the South switched over to Republican after the Southern Strategy. You also don't know the difference between ideology and party Ronald Reagan was a Conservative Democrat before he switched over to republican Strom Thurmond was a Conservative Democrat before he switched over to Republican

LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AND IDEOLOGY AND PARTY

  • @ExposingUncleToms I didn't say the Democrat had not switched ideology, I made it very clear they did. I just said the Republicans STICKED to their ideology. It's true the Reps now appeal more to the Southern states than before. Conservatism is relative, the Republicans only became considered conservative because the Democrats have become progressive. That DOES NOT mean the Republicans adopted the Democrats' ideology. That's what you were saying and that's not true.

  • @ExposingUncleToms GO LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CONSERVATIVES FROM A CENTURY AGO AND THE CONSERVATIVES NOWADAYS. DON'T FORGET TO LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT EDMUND BURKE. I rest my case here.

  • @prffsrx Your so right and the left is worst with their continuous reference to race and trying to pass their own racist views off on others to get a laught like Maher does.

Robert BYRD and other a democrat was in the KKK and stopped republicans gving civil rights to blacks people for many years and even David Duke who was head of KKK nw works as a democrat.

  • Thank you! I have grown weary of feeling like I'm on a DESERTED island! As a conservative, heterosexual, god-fearing, meat-eating black man, I am TIRED of the liberals making me feel like I'm all by myself!

Seeing videos like this one posted really is uplifting, AND educational!

  • @prophetbyronmotley I'm just like you, except a white man. I'm thrilled to know you're out there and wish there were more. Best of luck to you in life.

  • Great Video!

  • wowie this shit is lik readdin rainbowe shits great i love it lol nutty libturds

  • I'd say he is one of the worst presidents we have ever had for domestic policy, ruined our economy and locked up and entire race of people during a war. Could you imagine if Bush put all the Iraqis and Afghanis in this country into concentration camps?

  • @Mezey5

    Bush kinda did with Gitmo.

Sorry, just not enough libtards here. Felt an obligation to substitute for one. =P

  • FDR helped bring about WWII. He said nothing in politics happens by accident. If something happens it was planned that way. He was serving other masters.

It's time to stop hunkering down for the apocalypse and start thinking Normandy.

Don't understand? Follow my links. Read the quotes page first.

  • Hello Kevin. You are right about how most economists today believe that FDR's policies made the economy WORSE and caused the Depression to last longer. I frequently refer to the downturn of 1921 where Harding just had taxes & spending lowered per advice from Sec of Treasury Andrew Melon. Unemployment was WORSE at 11% in 1921 than in 1929 and inflation was also worse at 20%. Harding's policies worked. FDR & Hoover's policies were failures. cont...

  • @Aegius cont.. In truth FDR didn't change policies from Hoover regarding the economy, but really expanded upon them with massive spending projects, increased taxation, more regulations and bigger government. Hoover was NOT a conservative or Libertarian. He was a Progressive.

I take it that you read the book, "New Deal, Raw Deal", by Burton Folsom, Jr. as you used the term "raw deal"? Just 1 thing: The Industrial Revolution occurred in the early 19th century beginning in Britain.

  • Racism aside, with Franklins policies, starting in 1933, the American economy evovled, with great results in 1935. Franklins economic policies did therefore show results of it's help to America 4 years before the Great War. Franklin was indeed a good choice to rescue America. He understood the value of the goverment controlled marketing, even thou it was only used in small scale. Now if we talk about racism, he wan't better than most white men back then, not that it helps, just saying.

  • @arvidsky Great results? Unemployment was ALWAYS at above 13% throughout the entire 1930's and European economies generally fared better than the USA economy. Government controlling of marketing doesn't deal w/consumer demand nor does it seek to keep cost in check. In fact debt galore accumulated due to massive spending programs under FDR. We have also accumulated massive debt of at least $61 trillion in unfunded liabilities thanks to such programs. cont...

  • @arvidsky The end game of such government controlled marketing has arrived: bankruptcy, failure and massive debt. We have $14 trillion in debt nationally and at least $61 trillion in unfunded liabilities. SS, Medicare, Medicaid are all broke. There is no gov money. Gov doesn't create wealth; It merely hampers it by taking wealth from the producers and giving it to others who just consume it and then become addicted to it as a cocaine addict becomes addicted to cocaine. cont...

  • 36 libtards can't handle the truth.

  • Bravo sir. Democrats like to act like only the Republicans are racist. There's racism on both side.

  • No video about all the racists at the McCain/Palin rallies? You have to go this far back into history to bust on dems cuz you know that Repugs are all racist nowadays...shill lol.

  • Every aspect of war is socialist.

  • Yes the war put people to work, for free...

Who won? Freedom and the mega rich families that got richer.

  • God bless the Autodidact-rican Americans of this world; the Black Conservative men and women that chose to educate themselves rather than be indoctrinated. When you see a conservative black man debate with a liberal black man, the liberal will almost always dodge the issues and go straight for ad hominem attacks. Democrats will give you a hand out. Republicans will give you a hand-up.

I'm subscribing to your videos right now, blacksphere. Thanks for educating people on here. You rock.

  • This is good, but the industrial boom started before WWII.

  • Want to see a real racist democrat? Look at William H. Murray, former governor of Oklahoma. More specifically his Three C's speech.

Want to see a real socialist? Huey Long, former governor of Louisiana.

In any case, I respect the right you have to your opinion. Doesn't mean I AGREE with it, but I'll respect the right you have to your opinion.

  • The democratic party does have a strong racist past but so do the republicans. Republicans today label blacks as lazy, welfare recepients, criminals, drug dealers and users.

  • This was funny and informative. Please keep up what you are doing. We need more brotha's out there like you.

  • This guy speaks the truth. No revisionist history here.

  • Let's not forget FDR's attempt to enlargen the Supreme Court & stuff with 6 additional Keynesian acolytes. Do I even need to mention what he did to Japanese-Americans during World War II? How many Japanese-Americans lost their homes, businesses, and wealth? How many Japanese-Americans lost their lives due to the horrible conditions at some of these internment/concentration camps?

We owe much of our bloated, corrupt, incompetent (soon-to-be bankrupt) federal gov't to FDR's policies.

  • I can really tell that you don't know what you're talking about, everything that you said is a lie. Had you done the least amount of research you'd find that FDR served 4 terms, not 3.

  • @catclaw357 No actually he served three and was elected to his fourth, however he died less than a year into it. So technically he did serve three terms but was elected for four

  • @Lordmaster36 I know he died after being elected to office for the 4th time, but since he served part of a term I count that as 4 terms.

  • @catclaw357 Oh, okay, I see we have a simple difference in opinion, should I be appropriate to the spirit of these videos and call you a socialist?

  • @Lordmaster36 I am not a socialist.

  • @catclaw357 I was joking

  • @Lordmaster36 Ah okay, seems we have a minor difference in opinion, would you like me to be more appropriate to the spirit of these videos and refer to you as a socialist/fascist?

  • You can't really say that the New Deal didn't work and/or prolonged the Depression unless you're willing to walk right past falling unemployment rates and rising GDP with only a brief decline for the '37 Recession (when FDR was pressured by Congress to balance the budget and raise taxes). Oh, fun fact, WWII brought unemployment levels up... to 1937 levels, when a peacetime economy is doing as well as a wartime one that might be a slight sign of success.

  • Well, there is still a general concensus amongst most economists today that had FDR not interveened, the situation would have been worse, but there is much more willingness to question this concensus. Austrian economists demolished the mainstream view of the New Deal years ago. Great video, anything that takes a shit on FDR gets my vote.

  • Do only black people get food stamps and welfare checks ? Do whites do anything wrong ? From reading these post, and watching these videos, it appears as though, America would be a utopia, were it not for it's black citizens ? Why wont America get rid of it's blacks, and solve it's problems, of crime, welfare, and entitlement ? Am I missing something ?

  • Lets see, Wilson(D) WWI, Roosevelt(D) WWII, Truman(D) Korea+A-Bombs, LBJ(D) Vietnam that is a lot of death caused by Democrats? Who are the real war-mongers?

  • @Wildkkat1 YEAH. Fuck those guys for intervening in the holocaust. They should've help themselves! Oh wait. That's a really stupid thing to say.

  • @Wildkkat1 Bush, Reagan, HW Bush, Nixon, Ike, yeah you are correct, the republicans are definately war-mongers.

  • @userste Still having trouble in war history with the answers right in front of you.........Bugwit

  • Respond to this video... What is funny is that all of the racist people that were democrats are now with the repubs.

  • @userste you mean like mike wallace,

Blacks and Hispanics are "too busy eating watermelons and tacos" to learn how to read and write." CBS News

and ur VP JOE BIDEN ."You cannot go to a 7-11 or Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian Accent."

  • FDR was a scum bag.... socialist scumbag ....and not only that he looted the citizens gold..... not to mention japanese internment camps.

socialists kill more people than any religion.

  • Wait... so the "racist" Democrats didn't save us from the great depression, anti-Semitic nazis did? Ohhh okay.

  • I guess we can say that the person who pulled the United States out of the Great Depression was not FDR but rather the Japanese Admiral Yamamoto.

  • Wow, isn't it safe to say alot of Presidents ,Repub and Dems, in those days were racist?

  • this video is proof of godwins law. Proof goddamnit!

  • And here I was expecting u will say the country recovered in spite of FDR and the war but no no no. To the neocons, the war(destruction of resources and labor) brought us out of the depression.

More conservatives need to study the Austrian school of economics and stop spouting this Keynesian BS

  • FDR...No Deal. Keynesian economics have ruined this country. FDR couldn't wait to get into the war..........he knew about Pearl Harbor well in advance, but let it happen in order to solidify the American people's commitment to the war. Remember the "not so surprised "look on G. W. Bush's face on 9-11-2001?......just sayin'...

  • GIVE THIS MAN A TV SHOW!

  • Racist people in the 40's, not big surprise really.

  • lets not forget FDR sent a boatload of Jewish refugees back to hitler, or that he put tens of thousands of naturalized and natural born citizens in concentration camps because of their asian ancenstry. he also surreptitiously provoked the axis rather than forthrightly joining the allies in 1939, and the US was in depression for a decade until the US entered the war. he also undermined the constitution by illegally manipulating the supreme court in order to rule as a dictator.

  • @ellwyn FDR couldn't take any open action in favor of the Allies with the exception of supplying them, isolationist sentiment was way too strong for FDR to have America openly join the Allied Powers.

  • Great video! Thank you!

  • That Boy is off the plantation, how can he speak to his betters that way!!! lawyerly headkicker and the rest of you ignorant hacks need to actually read some history instead of propaganda. The only tools I see here are the ones I listed. The only true racists I see are the ones I listed. Grow up and learn. Quit being mouth pieces for others.

  • Hell yeah, you go!

  • WTF? This video is bullshit in so many ways.

  • @lawyerly I bet you I will make more of an impact on history than you, you pedophile revisionist. You are an obvious product of gubment schools, and sucking too long on your mama's tit! Grow up, freak!

  • @theblacksphere01

How do you figure he's a pedophile?

  • @lawyerly

Asking follow up questions. Crushing a BS claim really is just that simple. But the strange thing is that people like this just don't understand that. They really think that they can blurt out some nonsense and no one will question it, that no one will follow up on it. They think this because that's exactly how they deal with nonsense when they hear it. They're utterly credulous and they expect everyone else to be as well. Notice how upset he got? He never answered your question.

  • @lawyerly I agree with everything you just said. Its about time someone pointed out that this lying bastard is making this shit up.

  • @lawyerly You really should do some research. IN 1921 there was a terrible recession(unemployment 11%, Inflation 20%) yet taxes & spending were cut and that ended the recession. Robert Whaples did a survey of economists and found 1/2 of them believe that FDR prolonged the GD. 1/4 of historians by contrast did. The notion that FDR made the GD worse is now mainstream in economic thought. In Japan they also tried Keynesian policies and they failed in the 1990's.

  • @lawyerly Milton Friedman, Thomas Sowell, Amity Shlaes, Robert Murphy, to name a few. I think you would be interested in reading about the theories of the Austrian school of economics (not an actual university).

  • I love the video, but then again, I love the truth. Something democrats never want people to see.

Thanks for this one....I'm dedicating it to all my liberal friends, well, not friends, acquaintances.

  • Good Lord, this just proves that conservatives are not funny. They feel humor is to throw a personal insult and call it a joke.

  • Did he just say WWII started the Industrial Revolution? Does he know any history at all? For that matter, does he know which century in which he is living?

  • @KentuckyFriedMatt i think he is referring to the second industrial revolution

  • Honestly, "idiotic" is the least offensive description I could come up with for your video. You are a deluded moron.

  • Yawn.

  • Wow this guy truly just makes stuff up. The Great Depression lasted from 1929-1939. FDR took office in 1936 and most of his policies didnt take in effect into 1937. How did he extend the great depression for a decade? Who are these NON PARTISAN economist that say he extended the Great Depression? So they elect FDR for a fourth term and they wanted term limits 6yrs after he died in 1951? That whole picture thing is news to me never heard it before.

  • the 'industrial revolution' started after FDR? that is news to me.

Which economists say that FDR's policies kept us in the great depression?

From the economist that Ive heard speak, like current fed chair BB, he made it pretty clear that it was reducing public spending that kept us in the great depression for so many years. If you read Hoover and his cronies speeches from 1931-32, they sound a whole lot like todays idiots trying to reduce spending... some people dont learn from histroy. Shame

  • @bdhcarbon

i just wonder where the 6 or 7 million jobs were, that blacks werent applying

for in the midst of the DEPRESSION.

  • Well spoken brother man. I agree

  • wars DO NOT ignite economies, this is a broken window fallacy and is fallacy from beginning to end. however you are right that fdr prolonged the depression.

  • @bonfirejovi Actually it's a pretty basic fact that a war can jumpstart an economy. Increased spending on military forces means people gets jobs in production and massive government spending stimulates further growth. Just look at Nazi Germany, their entire economy was built off running huge debts and building up a massive war machine to conquer other nations and take their resources.

  • I can never truly know what the experience of being black is, let alone a black conservative,I think I may have an inkling due to the fact that I am a conservative American of Mexican descent. I am a college senior that chose to go back to school at age 47, and it has been a blast being older and wiser, loaded with facts of history and truth, in a twisted liberal environment. I have engaged in MANY unfair battles of ideas with students and staff alike. Inevitably they end up cursing and hating

  • @jimistreets: Kudos to you, Jimi for going through what you had and sticking to your guns, regardless. I had to deal with the same, but in the end, taught all of the brainwashed kids in my classes that the education system deprived them of the truth in history.

  • @LisaClark49

How come blacks don't join the GOP? You saying after 40 years blacks

are STILL brainwashed ? Isnt that another way of saying blacks are stupid?

LOL, good luck with THAT message.

  • @headkicker You failed to mention those who stayed Dems, buttlicker. LBJ, Jimmy Carter, FDR, Harry Reid, Teddy Kennedy. You are spitting history "talking points!" I suggest you actually read something for yourself, LibTURD! Stop carrying Pelosi's panties and think for yourself!

  • @theblacksphere01 : Yeah, and they were all out for power and greed. They bribed all of those who fell for the race card -- which is why they still use it. It still works on the gullible. In the end, it is those who choose to overcome, who do just that.

  • @theblacksphere01 "carrying Pelosi's panties"....dude, uncalled for. Do you have any idea how long it takes to get vomit out of a keyboard on a laptop?!?!?? Good thing I had a light lunch....urp...gack.

  • @theblacksphere01 And lets not forgot old Robert KKK Cyclops Byrd. An Icon of the left and a constant reminder of what the Democrat party was founded on.

  • @theblacksphere01 And why do you think you are being smart by telling people term limits were imposed becuz of FDR? Yes they were imposed bcuz of him but not because they thought he was a bad president. FDR died in office. And LBJ, ted kennedy voted for the 1964 civil rights bill. FDR was dead 20 years before the 1964 civil rights bill so I dont even know why you mentioned him? And reid wasnt even in the congress until 1983?

  • @rashadkijani I'm just glad you are finally learning something about your history. Lord knows the rest was a waste! FDR tried to set up a dictatorship, and his 4th term God imposed a term limit. The aftermath of his legislation made people realize that a dictatorship was possible, which is why term limits were introduced. He gerrymandered all branches of gov't including the Supreme Court.

  • @theblacksphere01 What do you mean I finally learned my history? You didnt even respond to the other points i was making which has me in doubt if you know your history. You implied that FDR and reid were apart of the racist dems who voted against civil rights act in 1960's and stayed dems. well the only thing FDR stayed in the 1960's was dead. His named shouldnt even be mentioned in the context of who was for or against 1960's. And Reid had not be elected in congress at the time.

  • @theblacksphere01 ..True..Do one about Obama now because America is already HISTORY as long as he is President.

  • @theblacksphere01 Well said! FDR threatened he would have his way with the Supreme court and he violated the "separation of powers" as he schemed toward his new deal dictatorship. For others who care to learn true history; Mark Levin authored an amazing book, "Liberty and Tyranny", which accurately depicts FDR's corruption in fine detail.

Funny thing, 20 years ago I used to wonder why a co-worker of mine used to say, "FDR was so crooked they had to screw him into the ground!"

  • @theblacksphere01

Man are all you republicans (facists whatsoever) stupid and christian fanatics? Headkicker: Wow your arguments are really intelligent. Just one good advice. You should stay off your moms computer, the internet is not for 10 year old kiddos. (I'm using your time of argument now. U mad?) Rashadkijani: Hahaha OMG! Do you really see things black and white? There are more aspects you know. Noob.

  • @arvidsky Eventually the producers of wealth are no longer able to produce as taxes are too great to deal with debt and there are too many drug addicts of gov money. The whole system collapses and the end game becomes like Greece w/the gov money drug addicts getting angry that they aren't getting their funds any more.

  • @theblacksphere01

I see you're using a lot of words that you clearly don't understand, like "gerrymandering" and "dictatorship".

  • @headkicker Actually, we don't see you as HIS equal. Some people actually are judged on the content of their character......including you. You're blatantly a racist, which is plainly seen by referring to ANYONE as "the white man's puppet". As if whites are all exactly same, silently plotting the repression on blacks. Wake up you racist fool......not to mention, since we've already established that you're a racist, of what party are you a member? That's what I thought.

  • @headkicker @headkicker Actually, we don't see you as HIS equal.

  • You will need to check your sources. you are not very well informed. look up FDR and Mary McLeod Bethune.

  • Where is it offically documented that he said he would never take a picture with a black man. Kind of sounds like what they did to elvis in the 60's with the alleged shoe shine comment. Before FDR died he was elected a 4th time.

  • they didn't call it the National White People's Socialist Party for nothing. those people had a lot of influence and support within the Democratic party itself. Not to mention the Unions who controlled the Left were just elitist bigots. While the Rockerfeller rich were educating generations of black intellectuals in industrial revenues... the Unions were paranoid and xenophobic... and remain that way today. Dixiecrats

  • if the White landowners were forced to do business with the black share croppers then you had a symbiotic mutually beneficial capitalistic system. John Steinbeck in Grapes of Wrath mentions the Share Cropper culture

  • when the Democrats pushed money to farms and propped them up buying their product without a market the share cropping. system died and crops lost variety. hence throwing the Black Men off the farm. Having no where to go the African American headed to the cities to survive and ended up not being able to provide for himself and dependent on government handouts.

  • I'd like links to were you got this information from, thank you very much.

  • hoping to see more of these in the future, KJ! these are KILLER!

  • It defies logic for Democrats today to claim that the racist Democrats suddenly joined

the Republican Party after Republicans finally won the civil rights battle against the

racist Democrats. In fact, the racist Democrats declared that they would rather vote

for a yellow dog than vote for a Republican, because the Republican Party was

known as the party for blacks

  • I never knew that FDR was a racist...I mean...I did know that Democrats were historically the racist party, but that's amazing, hearing that...I need to look more into that because I'd never heard that before, though considering he was a Democrat it's not entirely unbelievable.

  • FDR reduced unemployment from 25% to 9% in 3 years, not to shabby. The GDP in 1937 surpassed the 1930 GDP, so apparently HE WAS GOOD AT ECONOMICS!!! Also someone should tell this guy that FDR was the first president to sign a bill allowing blacks to not be discriminated against when it came to getting a government job!!! As far as the not taking pictures with a black man where is this documented? Sounds like hear say to me.

  • @IntheKeyofZ All of this was because you compare the GDP in 1937 to the GDP during the Great Depression. FDR allowed blacks to work, because he had no other cheap labor pool, you knucklehead! As for his racist agenda, two words: HUGO BLACK, BITCH! Ok, three words! LOL

  • IntheKeyofZ@theblacksphere01 The GDP in 1929 was 103.6. Ofcourse the crash was in November so it didn't effect the GDP(1928 was lower). By 1938 the GDP was 105.41 passing the 1929 GDP. So economically the Depression was over at this time. As far as letting blacks work because no one else would work cheap labor your mistaken. My Grandfather and Great Uncle both got New Deal jobs and said they earned a decent wage along with millions of others. They were both white.

  • @theblacksphere01 I just read about Hugo Black, thanks for that! Now, if a KKK member really likes the "New Deal" how great can it be??

  • @theblacksphere01 good point.thumbs up

  • @theblacksphere01 What about Hugo Black? You mean the part where Black joined the KKK as a young man but then renounced his membership in the 1930s? Does that make Black look bad, or does it make him look like someone who came to his senses? Oh, wait, I guess anyone who disagrees with you must be a knucklehead. Clever!

  • @theblacksphere01 "All of this was because you compare the GDP in 1937 to the GDP during the Great Depression."

I thought 1937 was part of the great depression era so why are you addressing it like 2 different things? FDR took office in 1932 at the worst time of depression and if the numbers that inthekeyof Z gave you are true why wouldnt that give FDR some credibilty? And why the smart remark about how he let blacks?

  • @theblacksphere01 What were other people doing for blacks at the time that makes you feel he was actually mistreating blacks becuz he was willing to hire them? I would think that his willingness to hire blacks during that time when whites only signs were openly popular would actually give him credibility?

  • @IntheKeyofZ

Im black and a former recovering republican (put that in because recovering from the republican party required rehab). Republicans of today make up so much stuff. I just got done reading Republican George Hutchins website were he says that slaves werent treated badly and the KKK was not a racist organization. Also wonders why so many blacks chose to stay in America.

  • @IntheKeyofZ Actually unemployment was still at 18% in 1938. It went down from 25% to 14% and then back up to 19% by 1941. Unemployment only collapsed during WWII as everyone went off to war. FDR didn't refrain from discrimination against Blacks as Jim Crow at the federal level was still around and FDR also opposed anti-lynching legislation. Henry Morgenthau, Secretary of the Treasury, in 1938 admitted that neither the 1st New Deal nor the 2nd helped the economy at all.

  • @IntheKeyofZ Actually unemployment never went below 13% throughout the 1930's. It wasn't until WWII that unemployment rapidly declined. In fact in 1938 Sect. of Treasury Henry Morgenthau admitted that the New Deal programs were failures as unemployment was still at 18% & there was enormous debt too. FDR was NOT the 1st president to go against racial discrimination in gov as Coolidge & Grover Cleveland also were against it. Grant fought for civil rights as well.

  • WOW IT WAS THE WAR THAT STARTED THE ECONOMIC BOOM. Guess what thats because he spent so much money on the military and employing people in this nation. Up grade in pay as well. All from government spending. You shot yourself in the foot with that one.

  • i am definitely subscribing.

  • I take it that you read, "New Deal, or Raw Deal", by Burton Folsom, Jr., then? I didn't know that he said that he wouldn't have a picture with a Black person. The Democrat party had been aligned with the KKK since 1924, so FDR was under their thumb and in fact opposed anti-lynching legislation when it did come up in his second term.

  • @Aegius Never read it, but likely a great book!

  • Ha the racist card. Everyone is a racist. I do agree with one thing. Well many things. FDR was a total douche and a socialist prick. just like Obama. a Socialist DOUCHE

  • Fine production, keep telling us the truth, God Bless
