@MRIWANTTRUTHPATRIOT While I don't want to put a damper on your progress or your efforts, my goal isn't for a huge muscle mass that will encourage fat build up once the huge exercise routine goes away, or will require a lot more maintenance than I can afford. What I want to do is to build up enough muscle that can be easily maintained in under 30 minutes a day, and a lot of endurance rather than brute strength. I want to be able to run (jog) 20 miles and still have energy.
@PatriotsRepublic wow 20 milesis alot not impossible thats a great goal ive only ever ran 15 notto hard i run around 6miles three times a week now butim in the us infantry but i dothis onmy ownimjust trying topointout that muscle burns morefat thats all idid almost zero cardio for about 9mos now im pretty much a cardio stud jst gotback from afghanistan so reallylifted alot and im one of the top weight losers
