I have an issue with the music industry and all the politicking that goes on. in the early 90s some outstanding entertainers were dropped by a label - Andy Childs, Confederate Railroad, Aaron Tippin and Lari White in particular. Good music is good music, and Restless Heart ranks up there with the best. Fan loyalty cannot be bought either! Love love love these guys and their sound!

This was a put together band like the country band era but they were good musicians backing Larry Stewart for sure. My thing is this is how a music video should look and how a drum set should look and a guitar solo with slide nice. What is with the look and the way they mike and record durms now. What is the big deal with Taylor Awift I mean did anyone really over 18 really give her horrible thing on MTV a secone thought?

The comparison to the Eagles is actually pretty common for these guys. Similar music style, and their harmony is very similar, as well. Certainly, the best of the best!

i wonder what ever happened to these guys, i was a hard core fan, met them, had autographs, yeah a groopie at my age!! go figure....but they have the best harmony I had heard in a long time, and yes the Eagles were the last band to have that. This is the first song I ever heard from Restless Heart, I was 16, and I had to buy the album, & every one that's come out since. So glad to here they are releasing a new one, and touring again. Best music & vocals in the business. They ought to just re-release this song again. Better than anything else on the radio right now.

Larry's vocals are so awesome! I loved these guys as a kid and I still do! This is one of my favorite songs by them. =) I also like Fast Movin' Train and The Bluest Eyes In Texas! They actually came through my town and performed, but I had to work that night. =(

In any case, Restless Heart will never die! Keep going strong, guys! ^_^

restless heart kicks ass. This song and other 80's country ones takes me back to my single digits. I'd hear these songs on our local radio station (which has been gone since 1994) while my dad and me driving arround in the country. I miss the 80's!!!

what sucks is you don't see these old videos on tv anywhere now except maybe occasionaly on GAC. CMT used to have their signature series show several years ago that had these and i taped many of them. Plus i have more i taped from 1988 to 1990.

The first time I heard this song I was a sleep on my couch with MTV on and this haunting melody woke me up. I didn't listen to the lyrics but I just loved the music and harmony. I was in a relationship identical to the songs story line and the next time I saw her I want her to listen to this beautiful song and it broke her heart. She listened to the lyrics and started crying uncontrollably and said that's me. It took 10 years to get her but we have been married for 16 years now. God bless RH.

They regrouped and played in NE Texas about a year ago. Several from my band went and seen them and said they sang 5 vocal parts and that the vocal and music was virtuoso quality and this was done at a small night club. One of the best groups out there.
