  • I usually think the "two types of people in this world" statements are total bullshit, but the one in the vid description is pretty fuckin accurate. Really no way to argue with that.

  • hail to the king baby

  • Thats how clever they are, they dyed me this way

  • I love this movie! It's the ultimate broken hero story.

  • The King playing The King!

  • @t49n2w I love Indie movies. They have a quality all their own. Many underrated treasures as is Bubba Ho Tep.

We can only be thankful that we discovered them and that through us they live on. Hail to the KING!!!

  • one of the best brian tylers soundtracks.. maybe the best.. respect it and buy it and listen to it and play it if you can.. (guitar tabs are googleable).. very nice song

  • such an underated movie...

  • All Is Well....Thank you,Thank you VERY much..

  • GREAT movie!

  • the end was so sad, the music really made it too, Bruce Campbell and Ossie Davis are heroes, lets face it Campbell has never been given the credit he deserved and maybe the same is true of ossie too, there is something inherently sad about seeing a such a great film like this and knowing it will be overlooked because it wasn't a plethora of ripped off scenes!

I hope Ossie is up in heaven doing the nasty with cleopatra :D

  • I got choked up when he saluted his friend, and his voice cracked when he said, "Mr. President."

  • Most under rated movie of all time.

  • Excellent movie. Beautiful film and beautiful soundtrack

  • wonderful movie,loved every minute

  • Muy buena Peli...dialogos pa descojonarse bruce Campbell simplemente genial!!!!

  • My favorite move. But for me, it wasn't the humor. It was the Elvis here. So tragic and beautiful. And he went out TCB, baby.

  • Don C is the man and Joe who wrote this completely whacked out stuff. Casting? Who could do better and the music - that's a wrap.

Who cares about the multi million dollar movies when you have this!!

  • This is the perfect broken hero movie. We really do need more.

  • Amazing movie from my point of view.

  • ...the world may be coming to an end. The NWO elite have won. WeAreChange, we are hope, we are human. But there'll always be Bubba. x

  • ..wow, there's even tits in this! Gobless the ho-tep.

  • @RoboDouche : I thought I was the only one. Peace Brother (or Sister), peace.

  • All Is Well.

  • I LOVE THIS TRACK I BEEN LOOKIN 4 THIS THANKS 4 THE POST

  • Einfach ein geiler Soundtrack!!!

  • I love this movie! Just watched it the other day & I forgot Reggie was in it. Bruce & Reggie should do an off the chain action/horror/comedy with the boomstick & the quadbarrel. Oh yeah & the ice cream suit!

  • Thank You..Thank You Very Much...

  • Love these songs so much...so much class. Made this movie that much better.

  • whats the name of the theme at the beginning??

  • @hubbabubbafreshmint

    the king's highway

  • @hubbabubbafreshmint The King's Highway

  • One of the best scores to any film.

  • Watched it and it instantly went into my everlasting collection of great movies! Bruse is simply ... legend... and this movie is made for him.... And Brian Tyler gave oh so much to the atmosphere of the movie... 10/10

  • like a pigeon having a heart attack ;PPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

  • amazing film.....amazing song....amazing all.....

  • Fantastic post. Amazing movie and just as amazing a soundtrck :) Only wish the whole soundtrack was on youtube! It's so good!!

  • This is so cool, the first theme always gets me :)

  • Wow one of the best films ever! Bruce Campell*****

  • I love Armin!

the main theme of this song sounds a bit like Blank & Jones - Beyond times vocals

  • great stuff hail to the king

  • The only thing that bugs me is that they didn't set the film in Bulgaria

  • "Mr Haff! I think you need to take a cold shower!"

"You get in with me, I'll take that shower."

  • named my last bit of music after this film so i think i'll cut some of this up and make a new video........i mean the story line alone is a classic...............great movie

  • Una peli que me sorprendio, algo sin sentido pero tan bueno...

  • the best movie ive seen in years...

  • Best movie of the last ten years and an amazing soundtrack to boot!

  • i love this movie, so funny. i was just bummed at the end when he died. i wish it ended with him and jfk driving off to fight off more mummies, sad ending.

  • @patwrotethis

Think of it this way, at the end as he is looking up into the stars he sees an ankh, the sign of egyption immortality.

  • epic cool. Can't get enough of this actor.

Someday I'll abduct him in the trunk of my car and take him to my home town to save us from chinese deamons and the like

  • In that case, here's som advice. Keep it under a Million, hire ONE name-actor and you miiiight break even...

  • What a classic. The best movie I saw in 2005. Thank you. Thank you very much.

  • I got my brother to watch this movie last week. He thought it was Groovy Baby, Thank you. Thank you very much.

  • Another kind of people is the kind that would make this video and this music combined. PhoohPahh, and it may not mean much from another weak, susceptible, corruptible human...life...But, well. well... you have this one's admiration and respect from this one.

  • Another thing that people dont realize about the end of the movie, as he is looking up into the sky you see an ankh, a sign of immortality...

  • The more I watch this movie, the more subtle things start to pop up. Like when he's traveling down the highway and flips his visor down. It's saying that he's rushing to get as much living in before the clock winds down. What a good movie. One of, if not the, best Campbell's done to date

    .

  • from my limited experience here it is all about the subtleties. And that is the nice thing about life. Those who would have been master's have long since to breathe oxygen so us speculators are all that's left!

  • @unqtious

I saw the movie for the first time in job corps and that is exactly what i thought when i saw it, he knew he was winding down, so he wanted to get as much out of life as he could.

  • job corps lol

  • this is the perfect movie. Funny, actiony, very emotional, AMAZING soundtrack, sad, heroic... Everything a good movie needs to be FUCKING AWESOME. And Brian, Bruce, Ossie and Don pulled it off perfectly.

  • Never fuck with the king!

  • The end of this movie actually kind of made me sad.

  • @Iwatchtrek Tell me about it.. first time I saw this film I was on one hell of a come down.. that, then this film left me an emotional wreck for hours. Days, even.

  • Comment removed

  • @Iwatchtrek bitch

  • @Iwatchtrek i wished elvis and kennedy could kiss in the end

  • @Iwatchtrek i wished elvis and kennedy could kiss in the end

  • I felt this movie had a very dramatic ending. great movie!!

  • best soundtrack EVER!

  • ask not what your rest home can do for you

  • love that movie!!!

  • Cleopatra does the nasty!

  • this is the shit! Campbells best! Great underated movie

  • love this song and this movie so much.

  • words cannot describe how much i love this movie.

  • This really is a good film probably one of Bruce Campbells best

  • "hel i dunno man, size of my fist, or a peanutbutter and bannana sammich...i got a growth on my pecker man."

  • looking forward to the sequel bubba nosferatu

  • prequel*

  • T.C.B baby

  • best bruce cambell movie ever!

  • Mucho mojo, baby

  • Take Care of Business

  • Im writing a paper on this in school, bad ass =)

  • you better have gotten an A for a paper about Bubba Ho-Tep!!!!

  • Really awesome film!

Dont take everything so serious, and enjoy the film:P

  • Everything Is Well... Makes Me Cry

  • cleopatra did the nasty, very very funny! brillient film, made in like 6 weeks or something.

  • let's not forget: pharoah gobbles donkey goobers

  • SHOT in 6 weeks, but yes, a technically low-budget film made relatively quickly. Coscarelli is brilliant.

  • Hell yeah.

The King, an undead mummy, an exploding trailer park and Ossie Davis. It's doesn't get much awesomer than this.

  • LOL at the bit where he was fighting the cockroach. In fact the whole film is full of hilarious moments. I particularly agree about the ending, it was somehow riduculous and moving at the same time.

  • he sucks your soul right out of your ass!

a gem that you must rent, buy.

Ossie davis still going strong!!! funny!!

And campbell should get a star down on holly blvd.

  • It's been 2 presidential elections since I had a boner like THAT.

  • TCB baby,TCB

  • "i felt my pecker flutter for a second, like a pidgeon having a heart attack" hahah good shit

  • I'll never forget this movie,,,

    Bruce is the Man.

  • WHo plays this music? It is amazing...I feel like I could listen to it all day. It makes me sad and happy at the same time. Maybe its just feel good music...I dunno I cant put my finger on it...I just love it

  • Brian Tyler composed it. This is a good summary of a great soundtrack.

  • I know what you mean haha

  • One of my favorite movies....

  • this film was strangely good. I knew i'd enter an entertaining film judging by the premise and everybody's hero Bruce Campbell.... but the film has a strange inspiring element to it.. and the music is fantastic

  • Agree, you either get this movie or you don't get it.

  • Agree, it's one of those movies that you either get it or you don't get it.

  • i waited 4 years to see this film and it was brilliant the soundtrack is one of the best soundtracks ive ever heard and i was holding back the tears at the credits because of the final music

  • Bubba Ho-Tep was an awesome movie... easily one of the best I've ever seen despite being low budget. It combines the horror element with a story of growing old and looking at your life in retrospect.

The soundtrack is also extremely good too!

Bruce Campbell was amazing as Elvis... funny, cocky without being an asshole and 100% believable... and Ossie Davis was an awesome JFK (or slight cook who thinks he's JFK, whichever it is).

  • If the world we live in were a little more dull I never would have been moved to tears by the final scene of a movie about Elvis taking on an Egyptian Mummy. And yet I cried my freaking eyes out.

A masterpiece. God bless this movie.

  • They really had you buying into the character 100% in this movie. Most movies it's like yeah yeah our hero dies, so sad (sarcasm), but in Bubba Ho-Tep it was sad, but happy at the same time too as we all know what the "alternative" ending to this movie could have been.

  • @RoboDouche YEAH!

  • @RoboDouche

Absolutely a masterpiece - I couldn't agree more. It sounds so hokey to tell the people the title and say I laughed, I got a little scared, and I cried like a baby at the end, but it's so true. This movie could have been slaughtered in the wrong hands & w/the wrong actors, but it wasn't. Love it. Absolutely love it.

  • @RoboDouche Oh man, same! I was throughly not expecting to cry, but it made me weep like a child. Bloody heroic sacrifices do that to me.

  • Love the movie and I admire Bruce Campbell. One of the best underated actors in Hollywood. He always keeps it real. Not to forget the great Ossie Davis in one of his last performances. It's amazing to see someone like him do a offbeat movie like this. It just showed he had a great sense of humor.

  • This movie is really phenonemal - so warm and touhing, but still so funny and weird..

And the soundtrack fits it perfectly..

  • Bruce Campbell is a god among men, a god.

Only one who even stands close to Bruce is Joxer the Mighty...

  • Nobody fucks with the king...hail to the king baby !!!

  • Is it just me or does the guitar at the start sound like the metal gear solid theme? but it a great song to a great movie

  • right im not really an Elvis fan but this film was so good and would love to meet him if he was like this

  • THE KING ..... FOREVER

  • "while i still have my soul its mine, all mine. Them folks up there at shadyrest are gonna keep theirs, every last one of em"

Campbell you are truly God, and as Elvis....

    dont even get me started

  • good film, it is sad though, coz he really was elvis, and every one thought he was just an inpersinator, and they thought the real elvis was dead, when in actuall fact he was elvis. really sad. and they picked a good soundtrack for it.

  • you sure you are an after dinner eagle, not a 'desert' eagle? hmm. but yes, great film and i agree, quite sad, but the beautiful sort of sad, makes me love elvis more. i love movies with a repeating soundtrack, like Dead Man. there is something moving about them. and just a thought, but think twice about him being the real undead elvis. campbell like elvis will live forever though.

  • The movie is soo great. Ending made me cry, though. But in a good way. Bruce was FTW as always, but he felt more human in this film.

  • this movie is funny as hell i heard theyre making another bubu hotep movie

  • the ending of this movie is just too sad, please please please make bubba nosferatu.....

  • Bubba Nosferatu was canned permanently. :(

  • noooooooooooooooooooooooooo :(

  • Gone down and out with both guns blazing.

    Soul intact.

  • This movie is so awesomely original it's genius.

    But then again......

It has Bruce Campbell in it....... everything about the man is genius.

  • Oh thank you very much for this video, i love this movie it's great !

  • i know i have heard this "song" (i mean the SOUND of the song, the melody) somtime before...does anyone know, what the name of the song is? does anyone know what i mean at all? ;-D

  • Brian Tyler, who wrote and performed this song, has used the same melody, or parts of it, elsewhere. I've heard several places, including at least one of his film scores. Sorry, don't remember which one.

That's not unusual. Mark Knopfler has done the same thing. Actually, this track is somewhat Knopfleresque. Great movie; great soundtrack.

  • Well done even got a pix of the nice girls ass 1:28! hehe :)

  • Loved his comment about his pecker after seeing the young shielas arse something about it having a quiver just like a pigeon having a heart attack. Classic!

  • i love this movie and all but everbody give a thumbs down just because.

  • i get bubba ho-tep. it was the best movie i have seen in 2 years

  • I love this song very much..thank you PhooHPhad

  • Great post thank you, thank you very much! ;)

  • well... after all this awesomeness, at least i can still get a hardon :D

  • An awesome movie like this gets an awesome music score. This is the best original soundtrack to a movie I've ever heard.

And great job with the still scenes to go with the tunes.

And oh yeah, nice rack at 2:05 and 2:19!

  • I do love the music. Thanks for posting it!

  • brian tyler is a muthafucking damn kawabunga drippinfinkin fucking god with extra fucking cheese dip on it dude.

    best song ever

  • everyday when iIcome back from work, I grab a beer, lie on the couch, light a cigarette, close my eyes and listen to this song.... gust great!!!

edit: KIDS, alcohol and cigarettes are BAD! ;)

  • I love this movie and this song just kicks a supreme amount of ass.

  • the ending to this movie made me cry friggen hard with the sad theme :(

  • Me, too. This movie comes across as a bent comedy at first glance, but it's far deeper than that. Two old guys with no one but each other, living out their last days, condescended to - treated like infants by their caretakers. Like Bruce says, "a 68 yr old Elvis and a black JFK get a chance at redemption, and go out as heroes." An awesome movie.

  • yes tahts how i feel this is serioulsy one of my favorite movies

  • when i rented this, I left it in the player all day at the title screen, with this song on repeat for hours and hours. never got sick of it

  • This movie totally rocks! I saw it in the stores for years before I finally watched it, glad that I have now.

  • some people, like say copperjones just don't understand quality,or a movie with JFK and Elvis fighting a mummumy who feeds off the souls of old folks, and someone willing to pay tribute to such a masterpiece doesn't understand anything and should keep his comments to himself,

  • This song + movie rocks

  • great upload! love the music in this movie but you might want to remove the stills with nudity so the video doesn't get taken down.

  • and thank you for the upload!

  • nice movie.

    bruce campbell movies ftw.

the mummy looks like the evil guy on bravesar cO

  • for such a low budget movie, I was totally shocked by the end scene. tear jerker supreme. Always loved bruce campbell

    TCB baby

  • the artist is brian tyler

  • "There are two types of people in the world: those who get Bubba Ho-Tep and those who need a humor adjustment."

    damn right, man!

  • omg, thank you so much. i love this score!!! awesome movie, awesome music!!!

  • Thank you for uploading this! I've wanted to hear this full track for over maybe four years...
